AJ Brown- WR Ole Miss

Our O line depth across the whole team is in a bad way imo. Hopefully Richburg's injury last year was the reason for his poor play and Laken was adequate at best. I just would feel a lot more comfortable with adding another top tier piece to the mix.

Depth shouldn't be the goal at 36 imo. I watched Richburg a ton in NY, he was by far their best pass protector for yrs. I was more worried about run-blocking (which he was awesome at here). He will be fine when healthy.

Now I don't use PFF as the end all be all, but our OGs graded out as above avg starters last yr.

There are some good IOL prospects later in the draft. Guys that you can have for depth to develop. I like Alex Bars, he's coming back from a ACL and could end up on the PUP. He's a mauler, best pulling guard in the draft...him and McG would be killing dudes in the run game together again.

anyway back to AJ Brown....I want

Yeah you can play him all over. I think the JuJu comp is on point. AJ is bigger (11 lbs), ran a faster 40, and had a better vert.

Not sure he makes it to 36 would love it though.

Looks like a deep WR class. let's hope there's a quality WR there at 36, as I think WR needs to be the pick.

I don't think there is a chance in hell he makes it to #36. If Kyle wants him he'll have to move up. There is the possibility that we trade down with either Oakland or NYG and end up with two first and take him. If we stay at #2 I'm ok with him going in the first if it makes it more likely Deebo/Isabella/Butler falls to #36. In most years you aren't getting such impact recievers outside of the first round. I don't think we've seen so much quality since the 2014 class.

Yeah I agree I doubt he drops to 36, I'm all for moving back up for a WR that they love though....I remember we gave up our 37th pick and a 4th to move into the late 20s to get Josh Garnett.

I can't see Deebo or Isabella not being available for us at 36.

At least one will most likely be available at #36, but there are a handful of teams at the back of the 1st round that both players would be great system fits on. Then you also have to factor in that from picks 24-35 could see a huge run on recievers because each team in that range could use a reciever and a couple even pick twice.
How is his run blocking skills aside from his routes?

I'd call up the chargers at 27 and give up that high 4th rd pick if Brown is still there. They could use a extra pick

While this team has a bunch of needs I think it's about finding game changers vs more depth, we got a lot of depth.

I also think the fact that he's not a pure outside guy will drop him a little. Similar to JuJu

Run blocking is good...he's very physical
It's the perfect year for getting a wide receiver in the early second round. With so many good D linemen there is a good chance that teams will pass on the receivers so they can get one of the best linemen. I know everyone doesn't need linemen but that is where the talent is. Some teams take the best guy available regardless of position so anyone who wants a receiver in round 2 can have a good chance.

I agree. I would prefer Kyle gets his guy out of the bunch and not just settle for whatever is left.
HARMON in the 2nd round

I've seen some mock drafts that have this guy going as high as number 17 to the giants. I 'll tell you from seeing this guy play in person .... he's better than dk in my opinion and will be the better pro. just a play maker

We've seen Kyle and lynch be aggressive for guys they really want with dumb ass foster and Pettis. I'm confident they would go hard for Brown if he's there in the mid 1st and he's kyle's guy
