Nick Bosa withdrawing from Ohio State to focus on the draft.

Legend.
Not returning to OSU, will focus on the draft.

Not sure if I like that

All projected first round picks should do this.

He is a lock top 5 pick. Why risk it? For his team he will never see again? NFL teams won't care at all.

Wow. Bombshell from @TIM_MAYsports and a massive blow for Ohio State. Nick Bosa won't return to the Buckeyes. https://t.co/PHgI7yseMl
Nick Bosa and Ed Oliver have both officially declared for the 2019 NFL draft.

Great year to need a defensive lineman.
I like the idea of double dipping on pass rush with our two top picks. That type of strategy elevates the whole defense as opposed to elevating a single position like grabbing a wr or cb. Nick Bosa would be amazing but Shanahan is too good of a coach and will end up scheming a few wins to get us on next best. Sweat reminds me of Aldon Smith. He gets anywhere close to the qb and dude is going down.

I'm already irrate looking at our upcoming schedule with the last game of the season being against the Rams who will clearly be resting their starters. Once again we will win a totally meaningless game to once again miss out on a blue chip edge rusher. But Jed and 49ers social media will be celebrating like they won the f**king Super Bowl. Words can't describe how dark that day will be as the 3rd time in 3 years an extra win against the Rams to finish the season totally f**ked us.

Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing... But I can see us battling with Arizona for that first pick. In that case, I am hoping Rams clinch home field with TWO games left on their schedule. Because they play Arizona the second to last week of the season, and maybe they will rest their complete starters that game, and play some of the starters a little for the game against us so they don't get too rusty.... at least I am hoping...

Hoping we go winless before then. 2-14 should be enough to clinch the top spot.

Sorry bros, but we're probably going to win the next 3 out of 4 games. The raiders are absolute trash. The Cardinals are a worse team than us despite their win against us, so it is unlikely they pull off the sweep. And the Giants are almost as bad as the raiders.

If Oakland continues to play the way they have, they will get the #1 overall pick.

Good thing there are several excellent pass rush options at the top of this draft. And you know a QB (or two) will go top 5 after trades. I'm not worried.

I can see Gruden drafting Oliver #1 and get his Warren Sapp for his rebuild

Raiders and the Giants may be looking for a QB. But may also be able to trade back for one too.
