If Oakland continues to play the way they have, they will get the #1 overall pick.

Raiders and the Giants may be looking for a QB. But may also be able to trade back for one too.

Exactly Carr is a Carr wreck
Bosa, polite, ya-sin. Make it happen

I'm already irrate looking at our upcoming schedule with the last game of the season being against the Rams who will clearly be resting their starters. Once again we will win a totally meaningless game to once again miss out on a blue chip edge rusher. But Jed and 49ers social media will be celebrating like they won the f**king Super Bowl. Words can't describe how dark that day will be as the 3rd time in 3 years an extra win against the Rams to finish the season totally f**ked us.

Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing... But I can see us battling with Arizona for that first pick. In that case, I am hoping Rams clinch home field with TWO games left on their schedule. Because they play Arizona the second to last week of the season, and maybe they will rest their complete starters that game, and play some of the starters a little for the game against us so they don't get too rusty.... at least I am hoping...

Hoping we go winless before then. 2-14 should be enough to clinch the top spot.

Agreed. We're really bad right now, but there are worse teams out there.

Thats fine, the draft doesn't end with Bosa, there's a bunch of good looking pass rushing prospects this year. If not Bosa then they'll still have a shot at several other high quality edge rushers.
With Monday's loss, the #49ers now hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Owning the weakest strength of schedule (.543) gives them the current edge over the Giants, Colts, Cardinals and Raiders, all 1-5.
My son, we await your arrival.

I've seen numerous people in the NFL scouting world say this DL class may be one of the best ever. Definitely starts with this guy

He is really good but I rather take a every down player like Rashan Gary with the combination of speed and size, he throws linemen around like rag dolls. Nick Bosa is not an every down player for Ohio st. He might not be the best player on that defense...

I want to see him more on the field from him, like every down before he gets that #1 status.. He is not on the field enough.

Give me a great-freak every down player over a great package player all day everyday. Imho

I agree, are there any players like Myles Garret in this draft?

Yeah.....Nick Bosa. He's the best edge prospect of the past few years outside of Garrett and his own brother, though he might be an even better rusher than Joey. He's clearly the #1 non-QB in this draft class the same way Garrett was.
Injury prone player.. We have enough of those guys, don't ya think much...

We ask for more

Webzone logic...

This makes sense. No need to risk having a setback trying to return to the field too soon.
