I swear that gets said every year.

Whats funny is that this guy wont say who he would take if there are no trade partners willing to give up multiple picks. It is really easy to say we should just trade down and get a boat load of draft picks. However, no one knows what that pick would actually be worth in a draft where there are no elite franchise QB prospects.

He's telling me Bosa isn't even a bonfire number one lock, but then proceeds to say we should trade him for 2-3 1st round picks + more. So I guess the team trading for him is a sucker? Lol he sucks but he's worth 4 picks. I have no words for that logic.

We should trade down and select Polite, all the Williams first rounders (Greedy, Jonah, Quinnen), Butler and Devin White boom. I'd take that haul instead of Bosa.

Supreme doesn't believe in little things like facts John!

Whoaaa niners got the extra second from jets and not Washington OMG!

Sorry, you are the one spewing misinformation. And that's not what you said.
You are also over in the Buckner thread telling everyone that Clark and Rankin have more sacks than Buckner.

Bustier has one more sack than both. But Kenny Clark is a true nose tackle which means he takes on constant double teams and he has one less sack and has 10 more tackles than bustner. Sheldon rankin has what one sack less but he's way more of an impact player than bustner.

The HONEST formula to landing the 1st overall pick is nothing more than keeping The Mule as the starting QB and ask him to throw about 40x a game.
tbh tampa was the last winnable game. first pick here we come

I don't want to get ahead of ourselves, especially with a chance Rams fuk us and rest their starters week 17.

You also have no idea what can happen...on paper we shouldn't win another game but NFL is crazy. All it takes is one team to totally overlook us and a QB like Case friggin Keenum to throw up a stink show with several turnovers(i know we're allergic to them but who knows) and we're stuck holding our dicks with #3 or even lower :(

Hopefully we do our job and tank properly...i'm looking more at the Chargers/Packers type of games versus the Tampa game. Close games where we can blame the refs and speculate on how we could've won them if Jimmy had played.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't we lose out and still lose the #1 based on sos?

I think sos is the reason we have the first pick so its definitely possible to lose out .

Yeah I just read up. If raiders or cardinals end up with a weaker sos it's theirs. Very realistic.

It's possible but I'm not sure the math would play out. Of course in situations like this it's never good but I think there's more of a chance Oakland taking it versus Arizona.

Arizona needs Atlanta to lose and Washington to lose, those are the only two teams we don't play that they do. And if Atlanta loses to them...it puts them at 3-13(assuming we still lose out)

Oakland plays a very different schedule but their SOS seems to be much higher than ours with Chiefs, Chargers and now Denver winning a bit more.

Hopefully Oakland beats Cinci and Cardinals pull one out of their ass vs Lions or Atlanta and we're the only team with 2 wins at the end of the season so we can get #1 and #33(great pick to have for trades as well)
