Chase Winovich - DE Michigan

Perfect. There you go. Like I said, I give him a third round grade because there are enough things he does well, but enough questions to drop his value.
Definitely worth an early mid-rounds look - but there are plenty of other players better than him that would also look good playing on Michigan's line.

I hope we stack on pass rushers. Gotta get some db's and a wr as well.

He'll need to be a standing OLB in the 3-4

What makes you think that?

YOU just know that certain pass rushers are meant to rush the passer as an OLB (standing up).. He'll be awesome with the likes of Steelers and other teams that run those 3-4 scheme.. The guy is too bulky for his height and doesn't have the length to be a down DE.

I see what you're saying but you're wrong. It's not like we line our guys up directly over a Tackle, we give them a wide alignment and room to work, in that environment Chase would be fine.

Yeah, Chase fits nicely in our scheme. Saleh gives edge rushers wide splits and the freedom to stand up or hand in the dirt.

Jesus christ, check out the power in Chase's hands at 1:39. Forklifts the tackles' inside hand and refuses to let him reestablish a point of control. I f**king love it.

Thats in college fellas.... CHASE will be a fine player in the NFL, only if he plays under the 3-4 scheme rushing the passer.. He's not a true DE and it'll be a mistake to draft him between the 6th thru 10th spot..

NOT A TOP 10..

I haven't seen a single person suggest taking him in the top 10 lol.
He reminds me of Clay Matthews but I'm not sure why..

That's the reason why I'm posting it THIS early, so you guys wont have to fall in love with him the way you all did with Armstead and Bucko..
