Would not be disappointed grabbing this guy in the 2nd or 3rd. Not sure where he is slotted to go, but you can basically count on a starting WR to be injured at some point in the season and this team hasn't had enough weapons once that happens to keep teams from losing up against the run, doubling Kittle and shading a safety towards Debo/aiyuk depending on who is healthy.
Sadly Taylor's foot just hasnt let him get back to his rookie form so getting a guy like this would keep the offense humming through a key injury. Cant count on Hurd till he gets on the field and everyone else is a WR3 at best.
