DK Metcalf

Oh no, 1/2 the Zone will be going crazy if he is available at #36. Just like some of us did with DBG a couple years ago.

Gonna go even crazier when we take Deebo with DK, Butler and Harry still on the board.

Another receiver that is not 6'3+ will cause some to lose their marbles.

kyle will pass on him even if hes there at #36. 3 cone isn't fast enough

If he drops into the 2nd then its pretty clear that more people other than Kyle have serious reservations about him.

you can say this about any player that falls to our pick.

I am not high on Metcalf either, btw.

I agree with the 2nd round thing. He wasn't close to the lead dog at WR once the offseason began. His agility numbers are as equally concerning as his straight line speed is encouraging. Maybe one day he can be a superstar. But that is equally true of all the guys projected to go late 1st/early 2nd.

I just don't see what makes him disproportionately better than the rest of this year's crop.
Matt Miller himself had him as the top receiver in the class before he went down to injury. I'll be happy if he falls though.
I'm going to die laughing if he's on the board at #36 and KS selects Andy Isabella over him.

You should probably wait until after they play.

No need. My post has zero to do with how the 2 players will turn out, but more to do with the size obsessed fans who have been whining about drafting a big bodied reciever for the last decade. I simply want to see the meltdown and raging that will occur if this happen.
The is all media nonsense. DK is simply too fast, big and long to last long in this draft.

I mean Corey Davis, Mike Williams and John Ross all went in the top 10 not long ago. DK has got nearly all their strengths combined (minus Corey's route running) dude is going top 10.

If he's anywhere near #36 I'd take a flier even in our offence that isn't ideal for him, if you can't use someone like that you don't know what you're doing (Ole Miss OC I'm looking at you)

I'd rather see a good offense 1st. You know let Shanny succeed then laugh.

Kyle has zero to prove in this league when it comes to running an offense. He's been plenty successful both other places and even here considering he's had one hand tied behind his back because of injuries.

I liked Courtland Sutton more as a prospect. He ended up falling a bit in the draft though. So to me DK could easily end up going in the 2nd.

Although I have to say.. I now wonder if I was right about Sutton...
