I'll take AJ Brown and Deebo over this one trick pony.
He has already proven he will be a true No.1. Deebo you say? A No.2 may be, no way will Deebo be a true No.1 WR. To be a true No.1, you have to be able to execute big plays. Think Michael Thomas, now that's a true No.1. Likewise, Metcalf is well on his way. At this rate, he will probably become the No.1 come next season. Soon you won't hear much of Tyler Lockett's name anymore.
So he's proven in his rookie that he will be a true #1 because he's an MVP caliber quarterback who can extend plays.
8 drops, 3 fumbles, 1 of which sealed their loss against Baltimore, and the other on the 1 yard-line.

If that's what your #1 is doing....yikes.
900 yards and 7 TDs. Next season he will be even better.
Deebo? The guy is going to be a career No.2 at best. Fast, but not fast enough, can't go vertical.
We are talking about 2 levels of players here. And the 9ers still need a true No.1. Right now, Sanders will try to fill that void temporarily, but the dude is 32 and he won't be here for much longer.
