exactly....but if it's Bosa that means they're picking him of course though.
It's funny according to people in here QW is the top overall prospect YET hardly anyone has him going to AZ

It's funny according to people in here QW is the top overall prospect YET hardly anyone has him going to AZ
Or because people know the history of the league and realize that defensive tackles usually don't go #1 (3 in the history of the NFL). That doesn't mean they can't be the highest rated prospects in their class, but positional value usually makes teams take QB/LT/DE #1. It's the same reason Quenton Nelson was #1 on almost everyone's board, but no one would dare mock him #1, even though most knew he would be the best player at his position one day.

AND that's one reason as to why Bosa should and probably will go higher than Q...you can be regarded as the best prospect and simply not play a position that is as impactful. IMO it's not even like Q is a massively better prospect than Bosa anyway. Hell people have TJ Hockenson as a top 5 prospect, but he's not going top 5.

The thing is that some prospects are so good that they can have a huge impact from even lesser valued positions. If a guy can consistently beat the man in front of him, then his impact will be felt no matter the position he plays.

That happens every year because teams over value QB's. I don't mean the importance of the position but the guys that are available. Go back a few months and most predictions had no QB's being drafted in the first 15 picks and maybe only one in the first round. Now I'm hearing there could be 3 in the top 10 or 12 picks. This allows some really good players to drop down and become draft day steals.

It's what some of us are saying in here. Dude has potential to dominate at 3 tech and at NOSE. And, on passing downs - he'll be a monster. And, at same stage in their careers - Q is better than Donald. They have a different game...so, it can be tough to compare their films...but as a defensive lineman - I also believe Q is better at this age than Donald was.
IMO...Q has potential to be the hands down best DL in all of NFL in couple years. You don't pass on that.

and yet he has SF taking Bosa and talks about him being a special player as well...he said he's one of the best edge rushers he's watched in a while (better than his brother).
let's not leave that out as welleither way we're good to go at 2.
I don't know how many times I've said - I'd be more than happy with Bosa at no 2. We are lucky that we have the no2 pick and there are two amazing talents in this draft.
Having said that - I firmly believe that Q is the best player and DL in this draft. I think, next to Buckner - he can have more of an impact on every snap than Bosa.
And again, I'll be happy with either one. But, happier with Q.
