Happy withtbis outcome. He can clobber Brady twice a year, and isnt in our division. He might be betterthan Bosa, but wasnt atthe position we need. Bosa is a better fit for our roster. I always worry about stud college DT pass rushers anyway. They dont seem to pan out and so few hit over 10 sacks consistently.
Dude the AFC east just got 3 monster rushers lol. Think they know who they need to take down or what...

- NFL Pick 'em
It's debatable who is best, Q or Nick, but we got one of the two best players in all of the 2019 draft. And we fixed our biggest hole , DE. At least now, we don't have to draft a DE with our 2nd pick because of Bosa. If a hot shot DE is there tho, fine, take him too. But first, please let's get the dadgum QB protected. One measly starting OG will make a huge difference at Qb.
Right now Qb remains a hazardous duty position, and a sporty Rolls Royce WR won't help us one whit if JG is taking turf out of his face mask after every passing attempt. OG is not glorious, but is essential iif we are to progress as a team. Do that and folllow with a S, then CB, a 2nd tier DE if available, and finally OG and OT pipeline guys to groom for next yr.
Do all that and we got all positions covered with at least one starter.. Kyle has 9 or 10 targets already with pettis, Jet, kittle, Marquises, TT, Au Jus, Brieda, our new RB, , plus a couple other RBs who got injured last yr. That is plenty of targets so kyle doesn't have to waste a pick on one until after all starters are acquired.
We may not finiish off the squad with starters this yr but we will come close. But kyle can't eat up one of these starter slots with a WR pick, or that just puts us back into next yr to get all positions starters. He can get WR in UDFA, AAF, or from teams like KC or MN that can't figure out cap issues. Like Dee Ford for example.
JL and kyle did the one thing we had to do. Got us one of Q, Bosa or Allen for a DE. And he was one of two best players in all of NFL draft. Just can't do better than that. Saying the beads for OG at #36 and S after that. If it happens i will be flabbergasted... but pleasantly satisfied.

Congratulations to the Jets for getting the steal on the draft in the 1st round, yes even at 3 he is considered a steal. Quinnen Williams is the best prospect in the entire draft and should've went 1st. Thank goodness he didn't as the Cardinals were as lost as it was believed.
Also as someone said, the AFC has had enough of Brady and if he won't retire, they'll force him out. Inside pressure is and had been the only thing that slows the GOAT down. Outside pressure like what the Chargers do and the Steelers in the past just does not scare the Great Tom Brady. Terrifying numbers he puts up against dominate ER teams. Get up in his face and knock him on his ass.

If everyone knows inside pressure slows Brady down then you know Belichick and McDaniels are going to be well prepared to counter it. Best game planner in the business.

They're interior OL is damn good. Getting pressure from the inside and outside sounds a lot cooler to me

I will say, I hope he's a HOFer. He's obviously a good dude, good attitude. I'm glad we'll rarely face him.

LOL that was cute. I liked him a lot and wanted him here with us, but I'm definitely not upset with who we got instead.
