yup, agents get a cut of that cash and they want the most they can get...also they want to be able to tie their names to this deals for future NFL players when it's time for them to find an agent.
Like I said as long as SF doesn't f**k around with off-set stuff (which they've been pretty good about) there isn't gonna be a problem. CAA's clients (from what I've seen) typically aren't the first to sign their contracts.
