bosa will have more impact for THIS team vs what QW would have had on THIS team. YES hence why he was drafted ahead of him. NEED and impact of position. THEY have 5 guys that can play DT and most of them are f**king young and have time/money/draft capital invested into them.

Why would I be a Jets fan? I've been a Niner fan since I was 8 years old. I lived through the greatest era of Niner football that saw 20 years of dominance in the NFCW and the NFL. I saw guys like Ronnie Lott, cut their finger off to keep playing and guys like Jerry Rice, Tom Rathman and Roger Craig play through injuries with class and hard work.

None of them missed OTAs after the first session and that's back when you could knock the snot out of people during TC.

I don't know why it's so hard for you to just admit there's reason to be concerned with Bosas durability. It's really that simple.

Dude. You're annoying about negative enough for Bosa's injury. You know, Myles Garrett was injury for last year when he was healthy well for better as 2nd years. I am sure Bosa will be same Myles Garrett about healthy build well. You need go back to NFL 101.

I did answer the question. Yes Bosa will have a bigger impact than QW would on this team. His success would be more impactful than the success QW would have here.

I can't tell you who will be more injured, no one can determine that and if you think you can then you need a professional sports team to hire you. Q could just as easily twist his knee tomorrow and be done.

Example look at luck, no one question injures with him during the draft...dude was a machine in college. Went to the pros and has has missed a ton of time with injuries. It's football people get hurt

I think, Solomon Thomas was play more games and does same to Williams about stats?! Myles Garrett had some missed for games but he was pretty good stats and same with Bosa?!

But that isn't the point. It is quite clear that an edge rusher would have more impact than another interior lineman. Why? Because we had a dearth of one and a quantity of the other. So taking Williams would not have started to resolve our problem.

I stand behind the pick, and I also suggest you stop trying to rile other posters. Read the rules. Williams might play more games than Bosa this season. Might. But the impact that Bosa will have on the team will be more as a premier edge rusher than Williams would have had as a premier DT.

See how easy that was?

I almost expect young players out of college to get minor injuries coming into an NFL regiment. They are probably working out differently, using muscles they haven't used a lot, and maybe even working out more as professionals.

I agree with the point that edge rusher is/was needed, also the point that we have quite the depth at DT, but you have to balance that with the quality of the player and of course whether that play has the ability to stay healthy, otherwise the only thing you have is a part time player that's injured more than he's healthy.

Rile other posters? By doing what? Asking who will play more games? That seems a bit much. I'm not trying to rile anyone, just making a legitimate point. So how is that an issue. I only posted the comparison in the QW thread keeping it out of the Bosa thread to clearly take the step to keep it away from the pro Bosa fans.
