This is what you do.
1. Cody Ford at left guard
2. Christian Westerman at right guard
3. Alaric Jackson at left tackle whenever he declares
4. Leave Mike McG at right tackle
5. Tell Weston Richburg to try harder at center.

I kinda like the tackle from Ole Miss a little better than Williams...at least in terms of pure physical gifts.

I think our OL is fine currently...need to develop a tackle. Richburg needs to get healthy

Williams def does not need to be developed. He is as polished as they come. He can man the G position until Staley retires then kick out to OT.

Great we filled a guard spot for a yr. that really doesn't help the team next yr. person and Laken are fine imo.
By drafting him you're basically telling joe you're done in a yr and I don't think he will be and if so go sign a RT in FA.
If they resign Person then we will know Williams most likely isn't a option.

I personally don't think any of the interior OL are fine. Adding Williams to this OL would be a huge benefit now (OG)and for the future (OT).
It's not like a ton of good OTs hit the FA market, so banking on being able to go out and just sign a guy to play tackle seems very risky

It is never a bad idea to prioritise the OL, having Williams and McGlinchey in place would have us set for 10 years.
I know you want an edge rusher, I do too, but the value still has to be there. If we don't get Bosa, and can't trade down we need to consider all the top rated guys.
You can pass on great for extremely good, you can't pass on great for good.
