2019/2020 QBs

I understand these QBs in this draft have nothing to do with the 49ers other then possible teams falling in love with them and trading up (if no Bosa available that is) but I figured I'd start a thread on them to see what the thoughts are on them..

Justin Herbert- As of now the number 1 QB who has not declared but I expect him to

Drew Lock- has declared, huge arm who I think will show off at the workouts and his stock will skyrocket

Daniel Jones- literally have no clue what his weakness or strengths but have seen him mocked in the 1st

Will Grier- has had huge years at WV and could be a potential 1st rounder

Shea Patterson- has been a leader and played well for Michigan, to me a day 2 pick

Ryan Finley- have seen him mocked in the 1st a lot, big strong kid with a good arm..

Dwayne Haskins- this kid has played great this year and if he declares will be the highest riser..

Nick Fitzgerald- he's my sleeper in this class so I added him

Tyree Jackson- big strong kid with a huge arm, will be intriguing to lots of teams

QB needy teams

Giants
Raiders
Jaguars
Redskins
Broncos
Bucs
Dolphins
Bengals

Who is your favorite prospect ? Sleeper ?
I watched Brett Rypien play the other day and was very impressed. He reminded me a bit of Kirk Cousins when they had him working from under center. Very similar mechanics and build. I'm surprised he's not getting any buzz.

I haven't watched him since last year just to see Cedric Wilson but when I did he looked lost, I guess a year makes a big difference..
Shea Patterson kind of sucks. He makes good off schedule plays but can't really win from the pocket. Every time I think he's putting it together he does some major bonehead s**t. I live in Michigan and have watched almost every game

Yeah you definitely seem way more of him then I have then lol
Good post jersey!

I expect the QB hype machine to be in play no matter how the class looks.

Happens every year.
Out of all these guys I think Haskins has the most to gain/lose during draft season. I think him, Grier, and Herbert will be the best qbs.

Yeah I just seen a mock having Haskins going 3rd to The Raiders, and as for Grier, was it just West Virginia scheme that made him shine like Geno Smith or is he legit ? That's my question..

my top three right now.
lock
grier
haskins

Daniel Jones or Finley at NC State one of the two may turn out to be the best picks at the QB spot. David Cutcliff at Duke is good with QB's.

I have noticed him as well. I would invest a late pick and throw the 4 of them into the melting pot next year. I suppose he may be gone by then though

Definitely less. Standing next to Tua at the Heisman he looked like his little brother.
