He may drop down in the draft and end up with a better team instead of some perennial bottom feeder. That kills so many QB's.
This is the only silver lining in this entire sh*tty situation. Tua doesn't end up in Cincinnati and flames out because of being drafted by a dumpster fire organization.

Utah State QB Jordan Love has declared for the 2020 NFL Draft. Intriguing prospect.

Not to mention, sophomore Mac Jones has looked really good over the last month. I think it's time for Tua to move on to the NFL and I suspect he knows that too and that Saban will give him his unmitigated blessing.

The degree of difficulty on some of these throws from Jordan Love are ridiculous. Future #Colts QB? The more I dive into the tape, I'm getting close to going all-in on Love. pic.twitter.com/qwXz2fOBw5

If you want to see a rising star, freshman QB Trey Lance: 67% 28 TDs 0 INTs 9.8 YPA with 934 yards rushing & 13 TDs on the year. Won 2019 Walter Payton Award as the best FCS player & Jerry Rice Award as best FCS freshman.

He's on his way to be a top pick in a few years. NDSU just keeps cranking out upper echelon players.

Anthony Gordon. Quickest release in the 2020 Draft pic.twitter.com/24dsKMfHre

Beautiful touch pass from Anthony Gordon but I can't help but get excited for Max Borghi next year. Awesome hands and major wheels. pic.twitter.com/eQMKKU1OYa

Checkout this awkward arm angle TD pass by @WSUCougarFB QB Anthony Gordon (@gordo1_). Similar sandlot instincts as Gardner Minshew. The NFL game rarely happens how coaches draw it up so QBs must be able to improvise. That is one of Gordon's strengths.#TheDraftStartsInMOBILE pic.twitter.com/6I5TcSGWqJ

Finished 3 games of NDST QB Trey Lance. He's outstanding. Crisp/clean footwork. He can make every throw & his decision-making is top shelf. He picks his spots to take shots but he will also show patience & take what's given underneath. He can extend plays & he's tough!

Long way to go, but him Fields and Lawrence are all outstanding. If they continue on their trajectory there are going to be quite a few teams trading the farm to move up.
