Dwayne Haskins-QB-Ohio State

Bigger. Stronger. Just as accurate. Better level of competition faced defensively.

He's middle of the pack accuracy wise. Great at going thru progressions but his placement needs work.

LOL He isnt close to being NFL prospects like Mayfield and Darnold were last year. He is playing fricking Washington. I wouldnt get carried away by his stats today.

I've been fairly impressed by him, he continually gets better, with as few starts as he has I would put him ahead of a guy like Trubisky. Not super flashy but methodical, good decision maker at the line of scrimmage and shows the ability to move through his progressions and be decisive. Someone could very well take a shot on his upside.

I have been FAIRLY impressed too. Just not enough to think he is an elite QB that teams will be willing to give up a ransom of picks for. I do think NY or Jax might move up to Oaklands #4 spot which wont cost too much but I cant see him going in top 3

Doesn't Washington have one of the top ranked defenses in college football? They're not Alabama or Clemson but still...

You're going to have two, three, maybe four teams looking for a QB and he is really the very top of the QB class. Otherwise you settle for Lock or try to sell your fans on an aging Joe Flacco. I think the competition could bump him up higher than normal.

Not sure their ranking but the Pac 12 is pretty awful. To me, Haskins has been pretty efficient but really has done nothing to make you stand up and go WOW. Maybe most people see him as an elite franchise QB but I just dont get that right now.

One of them said 2019 7th, 2020 1st 3rd and 4th....Imo they'd have to throw in a pick this yr move the 2020 3rd to a 2019 3rd and I'd be down for it

So random.

7th overall
Bowl season draft scouts are strong up in here.

AZ will be trading down with a team that has fallen in love with Haskins. This Rose Bowl has been the best possible scenario for the Niners. I'm very happy. Bummed AZ will get a hell of a package but convinced that is what is going to happen.

Keim can't hit on top picks. Don't worry.

I dont disagree about teams wanting to move up a bit. On my last post I said a team could move up to #4. I should have said to #3 because I could see the Jets moving down a couple of spots too. I just do not think either Arizona or the Niners will be moving down because of what they would give up in Bosa and Williams and what other teams would have to give up to get there.

Haskins has been good all yr, people haven't been watching apparently

17th if you go by total yards which is typically used. Anyway, Washington does play in a bad conference which you have to consider when looking at these stats. You think they would be 17th or higher if they played in the SEC ?

Doesnt Washington have the best CB and FS in the nation. Even if everyone else sucks how can they be terrible?

I dont recall anyone in here saying he hasnt been good. I think he is the top QB available in this draft but wouldnt have been anywhere near the top in the past couple of drafts. In this draft I believe he will go somewhere between 3 and 7.

Tell me, do you think he is a better prospect than Mayfield or Darnold? Or Mahomes,Watson, or Trubisky from the year before?

haskins is taking what the defense is giving him, scoring TDs, moving around in the pocket well, and avoiding stupid turnovers. when he is getting blitzed he is making quick reads and getting rid of the ball. i don't know what else you need in your franchise QB... only thing lacking with him is more experience.

TRUBISKY went #2 overall after getting rattled by stanford D (PAC 12 team) ... Haskins is ripping apart washington defense, you don't think he warrants #1/2 pick??
