First of all, small sample size as you have noted, we don't have access to all of his film.
So, let me offer an alternative, his stats, he has the highest average yards/reception by quite some margin at 22 yards amongst the entire list of WRs as listed above. In fact, he is ranked No.1 for having the highest receiving yards/reception within the entire Big 12 in 2018.
What does that mean? In the absence of film, I have to assume either: 1) he was able to get open to allow him to make such chunk plays or 2) he was able to out-muscle opposing defensive coverage in making deep catches and/or therefore was able to make long runs after the catch. Either way, both are forms of match-up nightmares.
In addition, I would also like to offer in evidence his evaluation from analysts and in this case by the Draft Network. In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the areas of "Contested Catch Ability", "Run After The Catch Ability" and "Vertical Receiving". All of which seem to substantiate the idea he is indeed a "match-up nightmare".

So you're basing this off of stats and another guys analysis? And not actually what you seen?
We shall see as they say
Aren't we all?
So, how much film would you have watched by exhausting YouTube?
You are not an NFL scout, are you?
And you don't work for the 49ers' front office, do you?
