That's a lot to give up. Plus having to pay Bosa and Young would be damn near impossible

So would having to block them.

Why would Washington want to do that? They still have Kerrigan and spent a first on Sweat last year so edge isn't a pressing need. Taking Chase is a no brainer for them despite it not being a pressing need because he is simply too good to pass up if you stay at 2.

And if they would be willing to move down, why not talk to Miami, SD and Carolina. They could pick up extra capital and still come away with an elite prospect (Simmons, Okudah or OT).

According the the value chart, 13+31 would only be worth the 4th or 5th pick.
Yup, you pretty much have to do 13, 31 and a first next year.

Exactly what I was thinking not near enough.
Look at it this way last year we where at #2 with Bosa sitting there I would have been pissed if we took #13 & 31 instead of Bosa.
Most are rating young coming out higher then Bosa so why in the world would they do that.
We all saw how a dominant edge can improve your defense.

Which is why I'm guessing Dee Ford is thrown in? I'd have to pass though.

Not really news at this point, but Peter King is reporting that WAS is listening to offers for the 2nd pick.

Would trade the farm and the one adjacent to it for Young. Bosa and Young coming off the edges?

That said, not a chance Washington trades that pick.

this.....

agreed its a pipe dream

but i would trade the 13-31 and next years first.

The dime look could be sick with Ford-AA-Bosa and Young. You could even see Young-Thomas-AA-Bosa with Ford standing up.

The Line could be as close to unblockable I as i have everseen.

But again..... I double Washington trades out.

I agree of course Washington is listening they would be stupid not to, but short a a Hershel Walker offer they will keep that pick.

The team to trade with would be Cinci. They are the dark horse in that race. They may have plans of being a s**t team next year also for Lawrence.

Do you believe teams actually do this?

looks like the Pats are signing Hoyer as their starter. Bill definitely tanking for Lawrence.

Personally, nowhere near as often as fans claim. Hard to explain TDon and Erickson any other way, though.
