Cosell thinks he's the best WR prospect and he doesn't see a close second.

If Shanalynch's guy is Jeudy or Ruggs (I don't care which) they need to get Cleveland on the line and set up that trade to #10 for a swap of #31 and #41. Can't do the trade before the draft or the Jets/Raiders might jump the #10 pick so it has to be a surprise on the clock trade up.
I'd rather have #10 and #41 than #13 and #31 so we can choose the WR we want, assuming Shanalynch are set on drafting a WR. If not then stay at #13 and draft Thomas or trade down and accumulate a 2nd and 3rd rounder.
If we don't do it Denver could trade up to #10 and draft Ruggs, then Jeudy and Lamb go at #11 and #12.
I like this, my only concern is losing the flexibility of trading out of #31, potentially could be richer if a team is looking for a 5th year option out of a QB.
If I was doing it, it would be for Juedy, he is tailor made for Kyle.

If NFL GMs agree, he won't be there at 13.

This. And a lot of them I think do. I can see the Giants taking him at 4. Lions another possibility. Cards also would be in play. And depending what happens with OBJ, Browns will most likely take him if they trade OBJ.

#13 for OBJ, I would do.

He might be there at #10 though.

It wouldn't take that much to get OBJ. 31 and maybe and a future 3rd would be enough. If he was coming off a monster season and didn't bring that drama #13 pick would be about right.

Stop it with the OBJ stuff guys. I wouldn't trade 31 for the guy at this point.
He hasn't been producing like his first 3 years in the last few seasons. This would be his 3rd team in 3 years. That doesn't happen with elite talent unless there is something wrong. I don't want our young guys learning from him. Dude is a mental weakling and is a bad fit on this roster outside of his talent.

The problem with OBJ is he's had poop for a QB. An old Eli, then Baker - what do expect from a guy who has crap for QBs.

That's not an excuse. Both of those guys are #1 picks. Eli was obviously end of his career but both guys have an arm and aren't afraid to throw it...sometimes when they shouldn't.
OBJ wasn't even the best WR on the Browns last year. I'm sure Kyle would get some great production out of him but what Sanders brought as a vet is the opposite of what OBJ would bring.
Much rather just go WR in this draft class and let Cleveland deal with OBJ.
Only way I'm making that move is if we trade 31 and get OBJ and a pick from them.

That's what I was thinking too. Maybe 31 and get back a 3rd or second. I don't think it will take that much tbh so it is possible.
