I get that Simms is clearly in love with H/W/S guys and he's tooting his own horn because he had Metcalf as his #1 WR last season, but you don't have to be as big as Mike Evans or as fast as Tyreek Hill to be a WR1. They come in all shapes and sizes.

I also wouldn't be so quick to call Davis a bust just yet because many WR's take a few years to bust out and Davis could easily have a Devante Parker type of break out year this upcoming season if he finally puts it all together.

It's a contradicting comment IMO. He's got Lamb #1 and he's doesn't have any elite physical traits either. Corey Davis was a 6'3" 210Lb WR with 33" arms lol. He was a physical looking WR without question.
