To me Allen Robinson seems like a YAC guy. From what i seen from Pittman that's not his game. Pittman is a faster Keyshawn Johnson.

Again, not saying Pittman is a bad player. Not saying i wouldn't take him. Just i wouldn't touch him before day 3 and there's likely a dozen WRs I personally would take before him.

If he's your cup of tea that's fine. He's just not mine.

Brady kelly is a top end WR draft analysis. He is not just going off measurables. I recommend you read/follow his stuff.

Arob wasn't in the top 50 among receivers regarding YAC.

Hey if he's not your cup of tea all good. IMO his game is dead on for a guy like Arob.

As you wish....

Here's his top 10 in 2018

Pettis
DJ Moore
Anthony Miller
Calvin Ridley
Deashaun Hamilton
Christian Kirk
Byron Freakin Pringle
Some dude named Carrington
Trey Quinn
DJ Chark

Keke Coutee 11th
Courtland Sutton 14th

But he does go into why he comps the players the way he does. (Even though the measurables are his 1st comparisons) so I'll give you that.

EDIT: To be fair, i was referring to Arob coming out of Penn St and not the fighting Trubiskys

He's a quality analyst when it comes to WRs. Eric Crocker put out Arob as a comp as well. As far as Robison's YAC ability he wasn't in the top 50 last yr.

End of today comps are a subjective thing. Don't really see Arob as some YAC monster either like you said. I like a a lot of guys in this draft, Pittman Isn't in my top 5 (close) his value and what he brings is something I do like.

I just edited my last post. I was referring to ARob coming out of Penn st
Why is it all of our conversations end up 5 miles off topic?
Pittman may be the WR that brings a team the most value with respect to where he is drafted. In other words, don't be surprised if he is considered a steal down the line. He has all the traits from a mental to physical standpoint to be a #1 WR
I think ARob displayed quite a bit more flexibility and ability to sink hips and change direction than Pittman does. I started watching more Bryan Edwards, whom I like more than pitman, and his highlight reel looks like an Arob highlight reel

I don't see Robinson as being quite a bit more flexible

I do like Edwards. Not as much a Pittman though

you'll see YAC and flexibilty

To be fair and completely transparent, I do think ARob is a top 5 WR in the NFL and I am probably alone on this hill

Yeah, Pittman can't move like that. AR had way better hip flexibility than Pittman. He was a much more fluid athlete.

Has anyone mentioned Vincent Jackson as a comp for Michael Pittman? I could definitely see that being his best case scenario.

Interesting! So you almost have to have Hopkins, Julio, OBJ(if you're talking strictly talent) on your list. So who's the 5th guy?

Vincent Jackson is nice comparison

Hopkins
Julio
Michael Thomas
Allen Robinson
OBJ
I like Pittman, but I think Denzel Mims brings more toughness and explosion. He thrived in the Baylor offense, consistently making contested catches but also with the speed to take it to the house.

Alshon Jeffery has been brought up as well.

Crock went off his Arob comp and actually said Jackson in his WR thread breakdowns
