WR Oklahoma CeeDee Lamb

I like CeeDee he's my WR3 though. He's not at the level as a route-runner as the Bama boys. He's not as fast as either of them either.

He's a YAC machine and has the same skill-set as Hopkins as far as body control/making contested catches. He's got great hands.

Kid is only 20 which means he's got a ton time to polish up route-running and probably adding a couple LBs.

I'm on the fence if I'd take him at 13 though...

This. I agree completely. I believe their primary choice is Ruggs. Elite speed, polished route running. That speed opens everything up in the intermediate area for guys like Kittle and Deebo to do what they do best.

I'd take him at 13 and if that's the move we make I'm good with it...trusting Kyle on his offensive picks.

Definitely my #3 guy behind Ruggs and Jeudy though.

Though probably gun to my head and Ruggs and Jeudy are both off the board by 13 I'd prefer we go in another direction. Lamb to me is a bit more of a question mark for what Kyle likes(of course if he takes Lamb I'm going to assume it's not a question mark for him)

Rather go best OL or defender at 13 and then go WR later instead of taking Lamb at 13 but if he's the pick I'm ok with it.
Casserly mock draft has us taking Lamb. He also has the raiders taking Jeudy right before us.

Pretty much exactly where I'm at.

1a Ruggs
1b Jeudy
2 Offensive Line
3 Defense
4 Lamb

Which I see happening. I want Jeudy or Ruggs.

He's got Ruggs going 15. Kyle IMO goes Ruggs there.

He's also got SF taking Raekwon Davis at 31 hahahahahahaha ZERO chance of that happening. I wouldn't be shocked if he's not drafting in the top 100

So in conclusion: Casserly is dog sh*t.
I think the team WILL HAVE TO TRADE UP now. Robby Anderson went to the Panthers. Now the Jets and Raiders are likely to snipe the 49ers choices. Perhaps the 49ers should take a hard look at Citizen510's suggested trade with the Browns. Give #13 and #31 for the Browns' #10 and #41

Not sure if it was necessary to post this in multiple WR threads...

There may be close to no gap in talent between the #10 and #13 picks. Young, Okudah, and Simmons will almost definitely be gone by 10 and there is very little separation between the top 4 OTs, top 2 DTs and top 3 WRs (they're all pretty interchangeable in mock drafts). Giving up the 5th year option and possibly missing out on a player at 31 to pick Jeudy instead of Ruggs or Brown instead of Kinlaw seems like a waste to me.

I'd rather trade back a few slots and pick whoever is left at OT, DT, or WR than trade up. That way we'd benefit by having needs at all 3 positions. Trade back with a team that needs to fill a specific need or falls in love with one player.
I predict everyone saying they would pass on Lamb at 13 will regret it in a couple years.

I would agree with that
Everyone is comparing him to D-Hopkins. If this guy is the next D-Hopkins, how is he not the #1 WR... I prefer Jerry or Ruggs, but everyone says Lamb is the next D-Hopkins. Who's arguably the top WR in the league

He's like D-Hopkins light.

I wouldn't necessarily "pass" on Lamb, but I do prefer the other 2. I bet the team feels the same way.
