If you guys want the guy that most resembles Mike thomas then take a serious look at Tee Higgins. Real similar college tape.

Really? I don't see that.

Jefferson is as close as you're gonna get to mike Thomas in this draft imo.

I can see Jefferson for sure, Pittman as well.

I think Jefferson is the fourth WR taken.
Coming out of college, I didn't want the 49ers drafting this guy at all..I thought his game tape was very boring..

But damn this dude is good. He is killing it every single week it seems like. He has to be near the top of the conversation for offensive rookie of the year.

I haven't really talked much about Jefferson since it does seem that his best work is from the slot and the 49ers don't necessarily need a slot WR.

If we didn't have such a glaring need for an outside WR(not saying he can't do that at all), I would be pounding the table for this guy. He was probably my favorite WR to watch because he plays sooooo smooth. His nickname should be butter.

Whats up with the Michael Thomas comparisons?

The LSU OC came from NO and ysed Jefferson the exact same way NO used Thomas.

Which IMO i xan see it

Slot this, slot that. Talking heads say slot so he must only be a slot.

Perhaps LSU moved him to the slot last year because thats where they wanted their best WR to be in the scheme?

With his speed, route running, and body control he'll be fine on the outside.

Let's also not forget Joe Burrow wasn't Joe Burrow when Jefferson was on the outside.

I read somewhere (may even have been TV) that Joe Brady used Jefferson the same way NO used Michael Thomas and once i seen/heard that. I seen it.

I think Jefferson would be a beast in our offense and with how Kyle moves EVERYONE around it doesn't really matter what your label is.

It just goes to show how nobody knows s**t. Everyone was clamoring over lamb or ruggs or jeudy and everyone was saying how these were the top wrs and there was a huge drop off after that. The draft is a crapshoot and I don't want to hear otherwise.

To be fair, WR is a position dependent on another position, the QB. Lamb and Jeudy has had 3 different QBs and Ruggs dealt with injuries. Draft is always a crapshoot but the jury is still out on these guys and I don't want to hear otherwise as well

I still agree with point he was trying to make there. I don't see a significant drop off from the top 3 Wr's taken in this draft to the next tier of Wr's taking after them. It's certainly not close to the huge gap between Kinlaw and the next tier of defensive tackles taken after him.
