Porn? Grandma porn that's what that looks like. If we take a got damn olinemen with our first 2 picks even in a trade down it'll be a stupid draft already then on top of that a rb in the 3rd when Kyle can get one in the 5th and plug him in easily if they really love a rb.

Lol check the date on that...but even with Biadasz falling I'd easily sign up for that draft...especially with Trey Smith. Some of the other guys I've soured on but I'd def take that haul and if you wouldn't then you're high.

Having said that especially since Smith went back for his senior season this draft would never happen. First pick is just fun to mess around on.

Not really. Since free agency hasn't started and the QB carousel won't start spinning till mid March, nothing has changed yet. The teams who have plenty of draft capital on day two are there. The college QB's have done the underwear Olympics and established their value. Don't see any options for Niners other than trading down to get more picks.
I must have missed something but how are we going to get a 2nd, two 3rds and two 4ths? We aren't getting 5 picks for the 31st overall. No way. How are we getting all those picks?

I notice almost all the mock drafts have us picking a DB in the first. I can live with that or trade back.

I think two trade backs should do it.

Maybe if we can find someone really desperate or stupid, but I don't see anyone giving much for the 31st pick. We might get a high 2nd and a 3rd. If a team is really loaded with picks they might give two 2nds. Then we would have to trade one of the 2nds for two 3rds or a 3rd and two 4ths. That still leaves us one short and that's a lot of trading. I guess it's possible but you need to have a lot of teams willing to work with us and I'm not sure many teams are going to want to help us after the year we had last season.
Just did a mock on Draft Network. Traded down with Dolphins for their #56 and #70 for #31 and had to throw in our last 7th rounder.

Don't know if some of these guys fall but I'd definitely be good with it. Biggest regret is not addressing IOL earlier but just didn't see the value in it. Hopefully if the draft went down like this the firepower on offense would allow the current OL to do just enough.

That would be an amazing draft. Still not sold on Claypool as a prospect and would rather add an interior OL at that spot since you got Reagor in the second round. If a Cesar Ruiz, Matt Hennesey or some other zone blocking C/OG is available, I would take them right there. Like how you're thinking though overall. Lots of talent and lots of speed.

The way draft network's mock go it's pretty rare to see IOL prospects worth taking in those later rounds.

I think Claypool's and Gibson's combine gets them going higher but I loved the idea of adding the size/speed to the offense.
Just get me Gandy-Golden or Mims. Even Pittman if he falls to 56 or 70th.

Ahhh you paid for the premium version of TDN

Get rid of claypool for OL and I like it much more. I have no idea who Clarke is?

Lol yeah I needed the option to trade down and broke down and paid for it. Their trade options suck though...you basically have to offer up way more than trade value chart and you have to search out the trade...wish they'd provide some options at your pick to make it easier and faster but guess they don't want to turn into another first-pick(as fun as those are we know they're not realistic at all)

And yeah just couldn't pass up on him thinking what could be with our big boys blocking out there or going to the air. Didn't see OL worth passing on him for but not hitting that was the biggest regret after I was done.

Clarke is a guy I think has some nice ability and I think stuff he needs to work on is more coachable.

Nice article about him.

Typically, the reason a team trades back into the 1st rd is to get a player they'd want to have for 5 years, a la the Ravens with LJ. So, it's not inconceivable a team would offer a 2nd & 3rd rd pick or something like that. As for the mock, don't see Lynch drafting 2 WR's or a RB in the 3rd rd. Love Reagor, think he's the right guy to improve WR and return games. There needs to be an interior OL and potentially an OT...this is a great draft for the latter. Staley's still playing at a high level, but for how much longer. Coach may replace Person w/Brunskill. Braintrust seems to be interested in the RB Evans from App St. who'd likely be available 5th or 6th rd. Wouldn't be surprised if they took another UDFA...that's how they got Wilson & Breida.
