What do y'all think about us drafting jon Taylor the running back from Wisconsin? Brieda might ask for a lot of money, mckinnon will probably be cut, possibly coleman as well

I don't like Taylor that much. He's big and fast, but he's not very agile. If you can get him before he gets to the second level he struggles to make plays or make someone miss.

Not really breaking news or anything...

San Francisco 49ers — Free agency will severely shape the 49ers' draft plans with defensive end Arik Armstead and safety Jimmie Ward both hitting the market this offseason. Safety is an obvious need early, but so is interior offensive line. Sources on the staff believe a trade back is very likely given the team only owns six total selections and none in Rounds 2-4.

Ward should give us a team friendly deal since we have been so so patient with him. Pay AA though and trade Quise to Denver to get some money back.

Yeah I don't see Ward breaking the bank maybe a contract to Tarrt. I don't see Goodwin having any trade value.

Breida has been hurt a LOT, and shouldn't want, nor require/request too much (who else is gonna pay him a lot in leui of his availability). Think Mc. Kinnon is most likely cut, as his CAREER maybe over at this point. With him gone we could keep the 4 guys we have another year, then maybe get a top RB in the 2021 draft, when we have more picks.

AA would be smart to stay here IMO, his great season was in part due to presence of Buck, Bosa, and Ford. That said, 49ers should try to retain him as long as it's not stupid money.

Not using a draft pick on a RB when Kyle is finding dudes off the scrapheap and making them look like Terrell Davis.

I'd rather have Dobbins over Taylor

Wherever they end up on their 1st pick, it should be best Edge Rusher available.

Or if there's not one available you go interior O line, secondary or trade back

Probably easier to get OL ad DB's further down the draft order. ER's are premium.

I get what you're saying but they shouldn't draft an EDGE in the 1st just to draft one. Got to line value up with draft position

No offense to ward or armstead, but our defense won't miss a beat if they walked
