They practicing indoors today, just like last year. Agree with what you said earlier NY, the CBs here are underwhelming, nothing like Rock and Lonnie Johnson among others last year. So goes without saying, is the WRs this good or the CBs that bad?

This is a WR loaded draft. At least 5-6 are going in the first round.

I was talking about at the Senior Bowl, you know, since this is the Senior Bowl thread lol. Pittman out of practice for illness today

Yea understood. KJ Hill is the early favorite for me.

Draft geeks I have a question for you... Who are the best speed rushers in the draft this year?

I think we need to error on the side of speed at DE going forward because of the division with 2 moblie QBs and the other team that constantly runs bootlegs where speed and speed alone is a must. Obviously you want to draft the best players... but you also want to draft to compete with your division too.

If you're looking at speedier rushers, here's a few names for you:

Yetur Gross-Matos, Penn State
Jabari Zuniga, Florida
Alex Highsmith, Charlotte
Alton Robinson, Syracuse
Bryce Sterk, Montana

nice

you could probably add in...

K'Lavon Chaisson-LSU
Julian Okwara-ND
Curtis Weaver-Boise St
Joshua Uche-Michigan
Darrell Taylor-Tennessee

I was just about to post again lol. I was looking at my "pure DE" tab, now.. some other names to add to the wide 9 rush list:

Anfernee Jennings, Alabama
Oluwole Betiku Jr., Illinois (USC transfer, sat out 2018 due to injury but put up 13 TFL and 9 sacks in 2019).

We met with Jennings as well

Might be unpopular opinion, but I'm not high on Jennings. Do not see him as that great of an individual prospect when I watch his tape.

I'm not really either....I think SF is just meeting dudes that are day 3 guys based on our current draft capital.

I hope Lynch is down there talking into everyone's ear about trading down

One scenario I'm thinking about in my head is someone might bite on Jacob Eason. Reports that Bucs love them some Eason. Not enough to draft him 14th overall BUT having a 5th yr option on a QB is valuable.

would you swap the 32nd/189th pick for their 45th/79th?
that poor DB is getting cooked

Similar to Josh Allen at Wyoming...Surrounded by subpar talent but his got the physical abilities that teams love.

Josh Allen is a physical freak of nature. Love is a good athlete, but nothing like Allen athletically. Love played in a gimmicky offense that won't translate to the NFL so it's hard to judge him in my opinion. As a Wyoming fan, I've never been impressed with Love or understood the hype with him.

So much talent in this draft, I think I'm officially on the trade-down bandwagon!!! I hoe Lynch gets back into the 2nd and maybe picks up another 3rd round pick too. I thought last years draft was stacked with WR's!!!

If you don't hoe Lynch, you should at least hoe Lynch.
