Jefferson at 13? What? Wayyy too high IMO.

I prefer Mims to Jefferson... Jefferson has higher floor

Neither guy is close to worth a top 15 pick.

You won't get all that for 31.

AZ won't be taking a WR after the Hopkins trade.

Or Miami taking Okudah after Byron Jones

Carolina just traded for Okung and spent a 2nd round pick on an OT last year. They won't take one in the top 10 or on the first two days of the draft this year.
Ruggs, Kinlaw, Trade, Wirfs,Juedy, Lamb

That's like saying the Niners won't draft Bosa because they got Ford. AZ can get Fitz replacement and Miami could have a great CB on a rookie contract to compliment Jones.

AZ landing Hopkins opens the door for them to either

A- Get more badly needed OL help for Murray.

B- Get a DL because they are incredibly thin up front.

C- Grab Okudah or Simmons should one be there, to get a stud on the backend given PP is going to be 30 when the season starts and is in the final year of his deal.

Remember they took Kirk in the second in 2018, and took receivers in the 2nd, 4th and 6th last year. They have more pressing needs elsewhere to use a top 10 pick.
I think the most likely scenario is they use #13 for which ever player is the best available at that time between a DL, WR and OL. They could use a quality player at all 3 spots. They could still get a good receiver at 31 but I'm guessing they trade back and get a 2nd and 3rd or maybe 2nd and 4th. I'm not sure they are done making moves.
WR. there is a real chance Lamb and or Jeudy are around. Why the hell draft a DT when we still have 4 who can play?
As much as I like Kinlaw, we've invested draft capital in our DL for many years. I feel Jimmy needs help and we are in a perfect spot to draft Ruggs/Jeudy/Lamb. Time to develop a much need #1 WR. We've learned from the ghost of Trent Baalke past......don't get cute and take the sure thing!

We are picking in a great spot.. we can do 2000 mock draft but every year there is surprises with teams picking players that weren't top 10 worthy.. last year the raiders picked ferrell.. couple years ago Derwin James who was a top 5 pick fell all the way down to the chargers in the teens..before that tunsil was the same.. at the very least one of the 12 teams ahead of us will make a pick that will be surprising or a pick nobody expected which will leave us with players we never expected to be there.. Don't be surprised if a brown or wirfs or one of these top 5-7 picks to be available at 13..it happens ever year

I think they are in a spot where they can largely go BPA. I wouldn't be psyched about an OT but I'd get it. If you can pull someone like Thomas to be an LT of the future, I'd be down. Basically go with whoever they think has the best chance at being a superstar.

A #1 WR is not much needed. Just need another WR threat to replace Sanders.

Unless Jeudy or Lamb are there you move down. It's one of the best WR drafts in recent memory, shouldn't get locked into taking one in the top 15 if you can get good value for the pick.

That's what's got us to the super bowl.. if you guys think AA will have anything close to this past season think again..defo got all the attention leaving AA to do his thing one on one.. pressure up the middle is a qbs worst nightmare.. And this wr class is soooo deep we can get one later.. unless shanahan believes a jeudy or lamb can be his Julio Jones type of guy I would look to replace defo.. if it ain't broke don't fix it..and a dominant d line got us to the Superbowl.. And we just traded a major piece of that line so we should look into reloading that position.. kinlaw or brown could be available.. But like i said earlier i would want to replace defo unless shanahan believes a wr available can be his Julio Jones

But didn't win us the SB...after the refs ignored holding against our great DL and we couldn't keep up in the end.

We also had several injuries to our DL including Dee being banged up. DJ Jones, Julian Taylor, Street...obviously they're not on the level of Buckner but with Bosa, Armstead and healthier Ford it's far from a weakness.

Improve our ability to score on offense and get a solid threat on the outside where teams can cheat by crowding the middle or looking to bat down underneath passes and maybe in a similar situation we win this time...

What if told you that Shanahan would take Ruggs over both of those guys?
Can we all hope for a QB run amongst the 10 picks in this draft, please, please, please?

The thing is I don't think we are even in there without Buckner. Our defensive line is what got us there.
