First of all, I don't think we'll have our pick. At best 2/3 will be available. In all likelihood it will be one, and I really believe any one of the three have a shot at being the one remaining.
If we did have our pick of the three, I think we would be between Jeudy and Ruggs (assuming we have similar grades on all three). Not because Lamb isn't better than either of them, but because Ruggs and Jeudy fill voids in receiver types on our roster. I liken their potential roles to be similar to Sanders (in Jeudy's case) and Goodwin (in Rugg's case). Lamb seems to be a little redundant with Deebo.
Lamb is my personal favorite of the three, but it will be interesting to see how Shanahan values them.

I like McGlinchey I really do but the upside of these OTs we are talking about are just astonishing

I like all 3 and think all 3 would be a terrific add.
Same speed as Marquisse Goodwin How's that worked so far?
Speed is the only thing they have in common.
Look how good Goodwin played for us in 2017.
What? his whopping 2 touchdowns in 2017? U gonna draft someone at 13th overall hoping he can match what Goodwin did in 2017? Please don't act like Goodwin was a thousand yard, 10+ TD guy that year.. Stats don't mean much, but his stats from 2017 were overbloated due to the niners always getting blown out thus requiring much more passes...
Please don't act like a 1st round prospect who is fast won't be better than Goodwin.
And like I said, speed is the ONLY thing they have in common.

And it fails just about as often as it works. There's zero guarantee that McGlinchey would
A. Work well at guard
Or
B. Be happy playing guard
There is also no guarantee that whoever you draft is any kind of improvement at tackle over McGlinchey.

I think Jeudy would be the better receiver for us, especially in this system. His routes are outstanding and his playmaking ability is off the charts. I'm not saying I would be mad if we got Ruggs or Lamb but I just think Jeudy is better.

Watching his games and YouTube videos, there's nothing suggesting that he's not. Jeudy fights for extra yards every time he has the ball.

I think Jeudy is the best fit for the Niners. Riggs is faster, Lamb is bigger, but Jeudy is just right for what Shanahan is looking for.
He's got good height, his is a little slight, but he will likely fill out some is a pro system. He's a 4.4+ speed, great. AND he's an exceptional route runner.
HOWEVER, due to all of those factors, I dont think he'll be there at #13

Jeudy might have the best route running I've ever seen from a prospect.
But I also think he will be gone by 13.

I think Ruggs has the biggest upside for the 49ers offense. Jeudy is fine, he's an outstanding route runner, hands are inconsistent ala Cooper, he has the highest floor of any WR in the draft, I think Ruggs has the higher ceiling. Jeudy will fit just about any offense, Ruggs requires a creative offensive playcaller to get the most out of him. I can see Shanahan using him in a wide variety of ways and playing him like a souped up Goodwin with better hands, better route running, pretty much better everything in terms of crucial receiver skills.
In terms of how a defense has to respond, Ruggs is the one guy that I can see forcing them to make adjustments to how they play this offense and making defensive coordinators less willing to cheat up towards the line of scrimmage which opens up a lot more space for the run game and receivers across the middle of the field.

I think Ruggs will be the only one of the top 3 available at #13.

I like Ruggs and Jeudy out of the "top 3" much more than Lamb.
