Outside of the top 3, the next 8 WRs are largely in the same tier so I dont see a need to reach for one. Go BPA and get the biggest impact prospect you can find.
I'm leaning Chassion and Kinlaw as well.

Chassion and Kinlaw would look great as Niners.

CB Henderson or a Tackle that can play RG until Staley retires

That might be a plan - trade down from #13 and take a Mims or Jefferson in the early 20's. Then trade down again at #31 for a 2nd and 3rd rounder.
I'm here for the gangbang

If Jeudy, Ruggs, and Lamb are all gone by 13, that means that at least one of the tackles is still on the board (maybe two), along with either Derrick Brown, Kinlaw, and CJ Henderson.
If there's no trade back to be had (which is what I'd prefer in this scenario), I'd take Kinlaw or CJ Henderson. Wills or Wirfs would also be tempting if one of them is there as well.

so one of your first two picks is gonna be on the bench? We have two starters at OT

Tristan Wirfs at 13 who could be there since 3 WRs, 3 QBs, 2 OTs, Young, Simmons, Okudah, and Brown I think are taken before the niners pick, then trade back from 31 and grab a WR unless Mims is there at 31. Wirfs and Mims would be great.

wouldn't hate it at all...I don't think he's gonna be there. I don't think any of the top 4 OTs will be there. I now see TB moving up for a OT to help out old man Brady.

Mims only runs 2 routes. His best plays were against mid-tier competition. He's a 3rd rounder at best.

Pretty sure he goes in the 1st but that's my opinion until it happens

Any other year, I can see a desperate, WR-needy team reaching for a "combine warrior" like Mims, but with such a deep WR class, I can see a lot of teams passing on him in the early rounds.

Not me, I think he's legit and checks every box you want in a WR coming into the league. He was only asked to run so many routes at Baylor, that doesn't mean he can't run the others, just wasn't asked to.

I was about to say CJ Henderson would be a sweet pick. Totally solidify us at CB.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but Kinlaw may be the best move if we don't take Ruggs or Jeudy are gone. Not that I don't like Kinlaw as a prospect. Just the idea of another DT. However, this is likely Thomas's last year, and we will begin to feel the talent drain on Dline if we don't have another player ready to step up. We also can theoretically play the same way we did last year, except its now Bosa-Kinlaw-Jones-AA on base downs and Ford-Kinlaw-AA-Bosa on rushing downs, keeping everyone's snap count under 50. We can still add some offensive players by trading back from 31. Chaisson is another name because well...Dee Ford is the key to a lot in my opinion. Just in case we have to move on, the replacement is already on the team. I also would feel great about the rotation of Bosa, Ford, Chaisson, and Blair rushing from the edge.
I know what we brought back Jimmie Ward, but eh. I was sure he was gone. Solid player, but would like someone in our secondary that can generate more turnovers. But we don't need to go that high for a safety. After that, there's Henderson. Who knows if Witherspoon puts it together. Even if he does, is it worth it to pay him ? He is in the last year of his deal and we'll need a replacement. No guard is worth the 13th overall pick. Totally against taking a tackle to sit for a year while we are trying to win a Super Bowl.
I hope it doesn't come to that and we can add one of the top receivers, then move back with pick 31 and pick up 2 more future starters.
