If the top 3 WR's are gone... Who you taking?

Chaisson, Henderson or Kinlaw.

Outside of the top 3, the next 8 WRs are largely in the same tier so I dont see a need to reach for one. Go BPA and get the biggest impact prospect you can find.

These 3 for me as well. Kinlaw, then CJ Henderson, then Chiasson

I think Gross-Matos is better as well... But I like Chassion being able to chase down Mobile QB's we face every year.

If the big 3 WR are gone, I wouldn't mind going Edge and possibly trade Dee Ford. We get younger and cheaper. Wonder what the market is like for a stud ER (although injury prone) like for Ford. then use the 31st for the next tier for a WR that Shany likes or trade down a little.
If the big 3 receivers are gone, I'd like them to trade back.
I think I prefer Chaission since ER's are hard to come by, Dee Ford can't be counted on, and it would be awesome to have two young exciting Edge rushers on our team.
If the big 3 WR's are gone, Kinlaw or Brown would be my first choice if they were available. They would be a great way to keep our DL dominant. If the Niners are deadest on a WR as their top pick, I would hope they trade down about 5-7 spots, get a day 2 pick or 2021 pick, and take Jefferson or Mims

If Lynch could walk away from this draft with Chaisson and Denzel Mims, I'd be one happy dude.

CJ Henderson would be tempting, as would one of the top 3 OTs. But if a nice trade back option was there, I think I would do that with Mimms or Jefferson as the target. Then trade back again with the 31st

I was about to say CJ Henderson would be a sweet pick. Totally solidify us at CB.

Same.

And every CB on the roster who is even worth mentioning (Sherm, Williams, Spoon, and Moseley) is a FA after this year. If you want cost controlled talent at CB moving forward now is the time to strike on that.

+1

Wouldn't shock me to see CB, IOL, TE as our first three picks.

Henderson makes a lot of sense. Okudah would be a no brainer if he falls to #13.

Especially now with Hopkins in the division.

So if you say the top 3 WRs are gone plus the other top players gives you a total of 9

Joe Burrow
Chase Young
Tua
Jeffrey Okudah
Isiah Simmons
Justin Herbert

Which 3 of these should be available:
Derrick Brown
Jedrick Wills
Triston Wirfs
Andrew Thomas
Javon Kinglow
Chaisson
CJ Henderson

It's easy for me. Derek Brown DL out of Auburn. The guy is a beast! I know it's not the sexy pick but he replaces Buck and we keep the best DL in football intact and refreshed. Tons and tons of quality receivers left even if we trade pick 31.

Not convinced we don't go this route anyway after looking at Derek Brown. The guy is a bully!

You can't tell me Bosa/Brown/Arm/Ford wouldn't be a force. Wow oh wow!

It IS sexy simply because he is probably a top 5 player in this draft. I also think there is little to no chance he will be there at 13

This is the deepest WR class in a while or forever. I do not see anyone trading up for a WR.

For the same reason, I do not see 3 WRs gone before pick 13. Only true threats to draft a WR in front of us in terms of need are... Wash, NYJ & Raiders.
Wash shouldn't pass on Young.

NYJ could very easily go WR especially if they lose Robbie Anderson. But they could go a slew of other directions.

Raiders, could definitely go WR here. They also could go Kinlaw or Chaisson and wait for WR at pick 19 since again this is a deep draft class.

I see 1 of the 3 WR for sure making it to pick 13. Outside chance of 2 of them.

CB is deep also, from what I've read. My assumption is that the starters on the outside will be Sherman and Mosley or Witherspoon. A rookie CB woukd have to be pretty good to unseat those two. I'd be ok with getting a developmental CB with big upside after 13.

This makes alot of sense and what I would prefer to happen. Good post, brockalexander.
