I'd say 90% or more of Niners fans are all in on taking a WR at 13. Jeudy, Lamb or Ruggs....but what if all 3 are gone? Should the Niners simply take the BPA on their board and fill another need (DT, OL, CB)? Trade down to acquire more picks in rounds 2-3? What's your preferred strategy of this happens?

Trade back and start stockpiling picks. Seems like a deep, talented draft

Stay at #13 and take one of the DT's. Trade down at #31 and stockpile picks.

Depends who remains... Okudah? Simmons? Brown? Have to think we'd take those guys. Perhaps an OT we really like? Otherwise, is there a QB that could have someone willing to trade a lot for us to trade down?

You can't take 15 players in 12 picks. If the top 3 WRs are all gone then someone has dropped. You could have a nice tackle prospect or someone else sitting there that wasn't expected to be there that could be a good fit for you or someone else so either you wind up with a really good prospect or good value in a tradedown.

The top 3 guys are studs, but there's plenty of talented WRs that are projected to go on day 2. I'm not losing sleep over missing out on one of those guys. Imagine one of the tackles falls and the Niners grab Aiyuk in the second. I'd be thrilled with that.

This. I'd be quite happy to see Thomas or Wirfs sitting there at #13.

Go OT or DT. Trade down if a can't miss player is included. Was watching draft show on TV and an interesting 3 team trade was proposed by host. Jaguars trade up to #13 and take Dee Ford. Browns get young DE from Jaguars and Jaquiski Tartt from 49ers. 49ers get#20 #74 and Odell Beckham. Very unlikely but makes sense for all 3 teams. BPA at #13

This is a no brainer. Trade down. A CBS mock from a few days ago had us trading 13 and 31. The results
1st round #28 overall
2 2nd round #45 #55
2 3rd round #76 #104
I actually don't love the value of the specific trade downs the guy suggested. I thought the returned value was a little short.
Essentially you are trading #13 for 45,55,76, and 104. Seems light to me.

The points aren't that far off but I think they could do better value wise.

The 13th is a great spot to move back even if Lamb is still there. You've got the Eagles at 21, Vikings at 22 possibly looking for a WR. Value chart has you taking either teams mids 2nd round pick at 53 or 58 as well. Plenty of options to take with 21/31 depending on who is there. Point is you have three picks from 21-58. I'd be game to slide the 31st back as well. This draft has a solid 2nd round.
You get your favorite second round WR, OL, CB, and DT and thats a good draft.

The trade doesn't make sense because one team doesn't own those other picks. It would take TB, Baltimore, and LAR trading with each other. Other than that, the picks work out. Depending on who is available at 13, I'd be fine with it.
Think of it as two trade backs.
13 (1150) for 28, 55, and 104 (1096). Favors them.
31 (600) for 45 and 76 (660). Favors us.
SF: 1750
13 - 1150
31 - 600
Package: 1756
28 (BAL) - 660
45 (TB) - 450
55 (BAL) - 350
76 (TB) - 210
104 (LAR) - 86

For the trade calculator on that-
SF: 1150
13: 1150
PHI: 1170
21: 800
53: 370
MINN: 1100
22: 780
58: 320
and remember the Vikings still have 25, and 2 third round picks so they are not selling the farm to move up.

IF....that was to happen, there would almost have to be a top tier OT left on the board.
Take that guy, or get good trade value for someone who wants that guy.
What happens every season is Everyone builds a consensus that the assorted collection of DEs/DTs/LBers/CBs/WRs etc should be ranked from like 1 to 15 or 2 to 15 or whatever the order is, and then it all gets blown up with teams that GOT to have a QB or a Tackle ...either takes one, or trades up for one.
QB is the crazy one, we THINK Bengals, Dolphins and Chargers need a QB. Then Add in the Redskins brought in the top 2 QBs, signaling their might be an interested.
So 3 maybe 4 QBs penciled in anywhere from certainly to strong maybe.
Then you got three guys we think simply cant be passed up
1) Young - Most disruptive rusher in recent memory
2)Okudah - Best CB prospect in recent memory ( has been called a once in a decade talent)
3) Simmons- 4.39 posistion-less defender who could play MLB/Saftey or Cover a slot WR.
Then we have the tackles. We have guys like Wirfs that have a seldom seen combination of size and skills, and guys like Becton that have NEVER been seen before. We also have Willis, who if he was slightly larger could be a top 3 pick at Tackle. I don't think he goes top 10, but somebody might roll the Dice on him, knowing they could just move him to guard.
Most mocks have at least 3 of the tackles going in the top 12.
So odds are exceptionally good for a WR at 13.
Worst Case Scenario ... One QB goes, the 3 cant miss guys go, all 3 of the Tier 1 WRs go and the top 3 Tackles go? You get the Dolphins on the line and sell pick 13 so they can get their QB. The 49ers slide down to 18 and maybe pick up a first rounder next year. At 18 they could still get an impact player.
In that Scenario there are still multiple OT expected to be franchise level, and two GREAT DTs on the board at 14, Two great CBs. They all can't be taken.
Stranger things have happened before, but in that Scenario i bet 13-15 become hot commodities for teams that need a QB.
