How are these guys going to make trades with this virtual draft. It's going to be tough sledding.

I think the same way they normally do. Just pick up the phone

Chris Simms(Kyle's BFF) and Peter Schrager(works for the 49ers at times and is friends with Jed York) have been vocal about CeeDee being the top WR in the draft. Just those two is already a huge clue that the 49ers may love Lamb. Maiocco seals the deal.

Lamb is definitely the Alpha dog. Those Alabama WR's are all taking pressure off each other. Great talents but not in the Jones/Hopkins/Green/Megatron mold that Lamb is.

I can Play devils advocate on that (I do love Lamb as well). He played in the big 12 with very underwhelming CBs overall. He played in a spread offense and rarely saw press.

Can't say the same for those Bama WRs.

All three would crush it in this offense though.

#13 will have Deebo, Kittle and Mostert and Co. That should open things up a bit.

Lets not act like beating up on Ole Miss and Arkansas is more impressive than Kansas St or Iowa St. Alabama's SOS last year ranked 49th in the country. People act like they play some hard schedule because of 2 games against LSU and Auburn and/or SEC Championship game, but come on, their schedule has been a joke for a while now (look at their schedule this year).

And as been mentioned, Jeudy is lining up in the slot versus #3 corners. FWIW

Come on now...are you trying to say that The Citadel, New Mexico State, and Western Carolina aren't power houses? LOL

Ahh slot DBs aren't always the worst CBs and he played primarily outside in 2018. He doesn't have an issue with getting off the LOS. It's a non-story...his issue is contested catches.

You won't find one person that thinks the big 12 has better CBs than the SEC. also my pt was Lamb never faced press in general.

I got no problem with going Lamb just pointing out something.

Never implied that. My point was that if you're going to ding Lamb for level of competition, I'm just pointing out Bama's schedule has been soft the last few years also. Didn't Lamb acquit himself well against Bama in the CFB Playoff semifinal game 2 years ago?
Lamb will look nothing like he does on the professional level. A few side steps and a spin move will not break tackles in the nfl. I personally think he is starting to get a little over rated. Never saw him pressed and he never looks fast!

Maybe I'm wrong! I can accept that. I just don't want the Niners be the team to take on a bust at 13!
