From Green To Gold

The way the 49ers run their offense is by running and spreading the ball. But when that running game stall, WR must step up to create more running space.
The lost of Sanders is really big because he gives that security.
How about trading 31st for AJ Green?
To make Green's contract fits offer these:

Bengals get 31st and Goodwin

49ers gets: Green (Bengals agree to pay most Green's contract in 2020), sign Green for 2-3 years with performance based contract) and Bengals 6th round pick.

Green will avoid a rebuilding team and go to a competitive winning team, the 49ers Red and Gold. It's a win win outcome for Cincy, 49ers and Green.

Niners give up a 1st round pick in a deep draft for a WR who will turn 32 before the season starts? Cards didn't even have to give up a 1st to get 27 year old Hopkins who could be the best WR in the game. Whoever the Niners draft at #31 will probally have a bigger impact than Green. And Green is on his last year of his contract, so the Bengals have no leverage at all. He's also coming off an injury. If the Niners offered a 1st for Green, Lynch would have to be highly intoxicated at the time.

I don't know how that would impact the salary cap but I would offer the 31st for their 33rd pick and Green.

Green can make an impact now and next year. Defense will Respect his presence. Win win situation. Plus trade 13th pick for more picks.
Green still fairly young to his 31 yr old body by missing all those games. Lol
Please move this thread to 49ers draft room. Thank you.

I'd rather draft a WR with the first pick and then trade down allowing us to fill some holes.
Bengals have Ross so doubtful they'd want Goodwin.

A rookie can make an impact now too, just like Deebo did last year. What's your point?

Fairly young in real life. But in terms of NFL football? he's an old fart. This game is for really young men...
Imagine Green, Deebo, Kittle, Hurd on 1st and goal in the redzone
