Love, Settle and Hate

Love: Any of the top 3 WR's (preferably Ruggs)

Settle: Any of the top tier OL's (@ 13)

Hate: Not trading down either 1st round pick

What would you choose?

Love: any of the top three receivers, a Db in a trade back from 31. Getting draft pick by trading Goodwin, pettis, and/or Breida
Settle: with a ol at 13, a corner at 13, a trade back at 13
Hate: a Dt in the first round, a running back at all, a kicker in the late part of the draft.

Love any pick that will make an impact and stay healthy from day one, Settle for less players picked if we don't trade down, Hate any and every player thats coming off an injury and is supposed to sit out a year before getting on the field.

Love: a highly rated OT in the first round
A highly rated DT in the 1st round
A highly rated edge rusher in the first round
IOL in the latter rounds

OK with a highly rated wr in the 1st round
Trading back with one only of the 1st round picks

Hate: No OT taken high-ish
No IOL taken
Trading back both 1st rounders or trading back for an inadequate reward.
DB in round 1

Love: Any of the top 3 WRs at 13, small trade back from 13 and still land one of top 3, trade back from 31
Settle: OT at 13, CB (Henderson?) 13
Hate: DT at 13, not trading back from 31

Forgot to add would love adding Gladney on day 2 after the trade back from 31

Love: Trading back to 14-18 and still landing Kinlaw or a top 3 WR, Wirfs/Wills/Thomas at 13, Ruiz/Mims/Aiyuk at 31

Settle: Lamb/Ruggs/Becton at 13

Hate: Jeudy at 13, Reagor at 31, not trading back at all

I'm cool with a lot of scenarios (I do have a preference).

1. Take any of the top 3 WRs at 13. If you can move down a spot or two and still land one that's best case for me.

2. If all three WRs are gone move down.

3. Draft Kinlaw or a OT (not ideal wouldn't smash my TV or anything lol).

At 31.

Move down at all costs. One of the first two picks needs to be a WR though.

People think we can just get any of the 2nd tier WRs BUT in reality just about every single team is gonna have that same thought process.

Pretty good list actually, great idea for a thread and welcome to the board!

Settle: Any of the usual names thrown around in the top 15.

Hate: Trading down from 13. I think we have a great opportunity to add a player who can make us very good now. Buckner was a stud, go for broke and try to replace him with one. Don't dilute the pick down like the Pats did with the Jimmy Garoppolo trade because they were afraid to associate that kid with Jimmy.

Love: trade down at 13, Raegor/Aiyuk/Mims at 31
Fulton/Kinlaw/Josh Jones/Lamb/Jefferson after trade down from 13


Settle: Raegor/Blacklock after trade down from 13(assuming my love guys are gone which means we're at 22 or later)

Hate: staying at 13 and trading down from 31. As 13 has the most value and we can land more impact players (despite what some may say)

Taking a S or LB before round 5
Taking a K/P/LS

Taking a WR to play TE
Taking a RB to play WR
Taking a WR to play RB
Taking a S to play CB
Taking a CB to play S
Using 1st round pick on OT to play G

genus49 what if we trade down to say 17 got a 2nd and landed Jefferson? That's about the only scenario I can live with as well. I don't have Jefferson far outside the top 3 personally.

I like Jefferson, imo he's a slot only WR at the next level though.
