I think the pick at #13 revolves around the tackle position. If one of Wills / Wirfs / Bechton / Thomas is still on the board, that is the pick. If they are all gone then WR is in play.

However, I think the most likely scenario is a trade out of #13 if the tackles are gone. Someone will want to jump up for whatever WR is left and Lynch will be able to recover a 2nd Round pick in the process. That would move the 1st pick back into the early 20's.

A perfect first three picks would ideally address WR, CB and OL.

Lynch could also add a pick in the 3rd and 4th by moving back again from the 20's and/or the acquired 2nd rounder. It's not necessary but it is possible.

The rumor is we want to trade down from 31 not 13.

So I will mock under that assumption.

I doubt they love all four tackles and will just take whoever is left. It has to be one of "their guys" and they probably have a couple they like that they are confident one will be there at 13 to make the pick. No idea who those guys are and how they are ranked within that group. Cannot wait to find out.

As much as i like Lamb these 2 picks probably have the best value if they were there when we pick. I think Jefferson goes shortly after the first 3 WR go.
