There's no f**king way they have the worst record in the league. They won't even have the worst record in their division. Belichick also has way too much pride for everyone to let Brady roll him like that.

yeah i actually agree with you tanking is antithetical to everything we know about Belichick. but just for the sake of argument, they don't need to have the worst record, just close enough to trade up. Not that I'm rooting for it to happen lol
Derrick Brown does not go on The top 13 picks

Hoodie went 11-5 with Matt Cassell at QB. He doesn't know how to tank.

Pats send us a first for Jimmy G. We select a QB in the second.

Here's a few:

One of the "big 3" WR's is on the board at 13 and the 49ers trade back

Tua falls to 13 and the 49ers trade back to a team coming up to get him

Jordan Love goes in the top 13
Ruggs goes in the top 10.
Jeudy and CD are gone by 13th pick. Trade back, select Jonathan Taylor. Trade back from 31 and draft a WR. Ill be surprised by that xD
After taking Ruggs at #13, our 49ers scare the sh*t out of everyone in the league by selecting Jonathan Taylor at #31.
Tua drops out of the first round

That would be fun. Even funnier would be if John and Kyle said, screw it, and went offense with every pick.
Better not be the Pats trading up for a sliding Tua...

If Tua is there at 31, you don't think we take him? If for no other reason than to flip him for multiple high picks in a year?
BTW, I don't think Tua goes past the Raiders at 12 and probably not past the Chargers at 6.

I know it will never happen because Kyle doesn't seem to value RB's high enough to select them in the 1st, but I'd love to see Taylor in this offense with his 4.3 speed at almost 230lbs. Then add in Ruggs and you'd have a top 5 offense becoming much faster and way more dangerous.

Not sure this applies, imo WR/Mims does not get selected in the first round....

Mims is a bust
