I have this weird feeling that the 49ers will draft a QB early.

Niners trade down from Pick #13 to anywhere between pick #18-28 and Pick up extra draft picks and then select WR Denzel Mims of Baylor with our fist pick. WR off the draft board moving on..
Niners trade down twice from #13 and end up picking around #26 then trade down from #31 to #37 because the Chargers want a 5th year option on an OL like Ruiz or Jackson.

We now have three 2nd round picks, a 3rd, and a 4th.

Except he did acquire talent. When we had a coach who now how to use it we went to 3 straight NFCCG.

We now have a good coach again that also knows how to use talent.

Last year's team dont make the SB with Tomsula or Chip Kelly

5 picks in the first 3 rounds is a lot of talent. All 5 could end up being better than any player taken at 13.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be so stoked if we take Ruggs, Jeudy, Brown, or Kinlaw at 13 too.
The Niners make no selections in first round after trading down 3 times with the 13 pick and flipping pick 31 and Pettis to the Browns for OBJ.
Niners will NOT pick a WR at 13 , they will trade back with Denver at 15 and give up the 5th they got from Denver. Niners will receive the 3 and 4th they gave up for Emannuel sanders . Niners will take best available player at CB , DL , OL , WR

No man. Baalkes only good draft came off scotties board. Every draft under his regime was a dumpster dive for damaged goods and underachievers. In fact if armstead and ward didnt rise from the dead last year its very likely not a single player on the roster would be from baalke draft boards.
Okay and I'll take your argument one further. Where did he draft his only impact player Aldon Smith? Number 7. Did not trade back for that.

There is no draft that ever existed where a team took five players after number 13 that were all better than the player taken at number 13
