Still the #1 QB in this draft class. He had it locked away before the season even started.

Idk man, you guys love judging people off of one game.

This is the biggest game of this young man's career and outside of one beautiful third down throw down the sideline hes done nothing. All of his completions are off of their gimmicky action on offense and on easy comeback routes against bail coverage.

Hes a more impressive runner than thrower from what I've seen.

He's already had the biggest game of his career when he won the National Championship. He's about as complete of a QB prospect as you can hope to find. One game isn't going to change any of that for him.

If you say so... I think people are just buying the hype. No one has broken down why hes the next Peyton Manning, they just keep saying he is.

He looks like trash tonight against competition..

He's the most complete passer since Andrew Luck. Size, arm talent, athleticism, football IQ, awareness and production are all there. He fits in any NFL offense. He'll be the #1 pick because the overall combination of talent and traits is ridiculous.

You could be right. Just saying, he looks like trash this game. That's all.

Every QB has so so performances but Jacksonville isn't going to hesitate for a second to go with Lawrence, nor should they.

Every QB has poor performances but Jacksonville isn't going to hesitate for a second to go with Lawrence, nor should they.

Sure they should, they would be stupid for not doing their homework.

But why is a poor performance from Fields not viewed the same way?

Fields is more physically talented, production has been similar, hes done it in a more competitive conference with less offensive weapons.

Fields is not more physically gifted. Lawrence was built in a lab. I think he's the best qb prospect since Manning. I've seen him dissect very talented Alabama teams enough.

Again, the hyperbole is nice, but it doesnt mean anything to me.

If by more physically talented you mean faster, sure. Better size, better arm talent? More accurate passer? Nope.

Lawrence goes #1 in every draft going back to 2013. He's about as complete of a passer as you'll find coming out of college.
