They already have their minds made up. Monday is a formality or smokescreen however you want to look at it. They need to show ownership they did their homework.

Yeah. I'm not buying the talk about it being wide open. Shanahan has known who he wants since he did the trade imo...it's just us fans and media that are trying to connect the dots.

IMO, the only one that has enough film for Kyle to have "made up his mind on" was Fields. To make up your mind based on 17 starts, (when neither Mac nor Lance have ever trailed in any of those starts) would not be wise.

It's the 1100 yards rushing that scare me. Wentz had less than that in 4 years there. I just hope that the coaches didn't run more with him at QB because they "trusted" his legs more than his arm.

I am not here to convince anybody on what to believe, but just like everybody else who's got an idea who might be the 49ers picking, we all just have to wait and see who's right after the draft. Right now is what they call the NFL draft's lying season, some are right and some are wrong.

Thank god if it's true, I don't have to think Mac Jones any more and Kyle possibly f**king up this franchise. At the end of the day it was common sense that you trade 1sts and move all the way up for game changers. I'm just salivating at the potential of this offense with a guy like Fields or Lance where defenses need to cover every blade of grass

Really great pod on Lance and some Fields. He's coaches/coaching both and he said Lance ceiling is higher than every QB in the draft in his opinion.



Go to 11minute mark - he's talking about Lance.

Really want Lance at 3. He's gonna be something else in Shanahan's offense.
