Jimmy G should have an incentive laden contract, or pay him hourly . Verrett same thing. He has had way too may injuries.

Cohn had a funny tweet about switching McGlinchey and AA. McGlinchey is great at getting QB pressure, and AA is great and protecting the QB.

Even his accuracy last two years was terrible. Dude had a lowlight reel of AWFUL misses just from last season.

The step up he's having this year from last season is crazy and very impressive. Though adding a top flight WR helps.

If Allen and Mahomes are S-tier, I think Lance is A-tier. Dude has a cannon.

If he can work with a QB coach to lower and tighten his release, we could see special arm strength. It's kind of similar to what happened to Rodgers.
