Is that it for the clips at the pro day?

The trajectory and velocity of this throw is impressive as s**t. This wasn't a lollipop air ball like someone else has to do to get the ball there.

Yea, both him and Fields have impressive arms. I'm not sure whose is better, but it's close enough to probably not matter.

Lawrence has been a lock for #1 forever so he's boring. Plus he doesn't make many spicy comments, dude got married early, isn't banging porn stars, meh. He doesn't get the people going.

I guess you missed the SI article. Not surprising no one really read it. Now if it was Justin Fields... National headlines.... Stock crashes.

Some people have critiziced Lawrence for these comments. Honestly it´s such b******t.
The guy is just saying he doesn´t have the so called chip on his shoulders.
And why would he? He has lost what 2 games in his life?
He always played with this pressure of being the chosen one and he always delivered.
Is he perfect? Hell no. But I gladly take Sunshine at number three if the Jags and the Jets are stupid enough to not draft him.

Damn bro, what are you looking for in our QB? Is three legs a pre req for you?!
I thought he was 20 and his second pro day was today? I dint realize this pro day was filmed 20 years ago today.
The obvious cockleburr under the saddle here is 1 game in 2020. And the 2019 tape. Kyle, as we all know is using a yr old tape and 1 pro day to make a decision. It's tempting but i wonder if that is enough for him. Arm strength? Accuracy on long ball? Escapability? He's got it. But he is missing a bunch of tape kyle is using in his decision and time and time again, Kyle defers questions with, "I'm going to have to look at the tape.".

That is the only thing hurting Lance right now, but it is a BIG kyle item. Lance looks like NFL QB. But kyle has lots of tape on Wilson, Fields, and Mac. Sure be fascinating to be the fly on the wall and hear how the discussion of these 4 guys go. Would they even take Zack at #3, if fields goes to Jets /

That's a question in and of itself. But still, man how i would love to hear this discussion. Oh one thing? We will NEVER hear about what went into the decision....even when JL announces the pick ...we'll never know why. They just don't spill the beans, like every other HC/GM in the league.

I hate that...but i love the fact they NEVER tell. That is exactly what you want your HC and GM to not do. Of course if you're in DAL, big Jer always announces what he is doing, and why. Thank God we don't have that to worry about.

There is no question Lance has a killer arm. From a physical standpoint, he has it all. SO I can see what some people love about him. If you were going to build a Qb in a lab from a physical standpoint, Lance might be as close as you get. Pro days do not tell me anything different, that I didn't already know about him though. The problem is we just didn't get enough of him in college to ever know if he has the other stuff needed to succeed at the next level. No matter what they throw at him in shorts they cannot simulate what we needed to see more of in real game situations. Too many unknowns and too big of a risk for me to spend 3 first-round pick on. Lance is either going to be Amazing or a complete and utter bust. There is going to be no middle ground with him. And I cannot say with any confidence which of the two it is going to be.

Didn't Trey Lance have by far the worst accuracy of any of these prospects on deep passes?

How anyone could want Jones over Fields or Lance baffles me.

I feel the same way. I think he's either going to be incredible, a transcendent passer or just flat out awful because he never gets over his struggles with accuracy and is out of the league in 5 years or less.

I think fields will still be the favorite but lance will be up to number 2 and Mac's goes down significantly.

Which is why I think Kyle is getting Beck to coach him up. I don't think he expects everything to click right away but I think he wants to see how receptive he is to his own type of coaching.
