Listening to various interviews with this guy and he sounds really cool, laid back, and definitely a leader. I know personalities don't win games, but he is definitely top tier. I am on team Trey.

Every prospect has mechanical issues to work on. I don't see Lance as having worse mechanics (especially after working on them for 6 months) than Jones. Jones shuffles his feet and looks unathletic avoiding pressure and doesn't seem to have much velocity especially off platform. The ball will arrive about 2 yards sooner with all of the other prospects than Jones. That's something that should worry you A LOT because how the hell do you make Mac's arm stronger?
