He's by far more smooth then Kap was....Kap was a stiff throwing QB imo. I've seen Lance compared to Steve McNair/Josh Allen and DJ compared him to andrew luck (not sure about that one).

you want a Kap clone go look at Mond.

I don't know man, I love Lance, but I don't think I could roll that dice at #4 overall, especially as a first time GM. I'd be trading out of there and trying to come out with an edge, CB, IOL and maybe even RB all in the top 50.

Restock that team with young cheap talent and try to get out of their cap hell.
My money is on Peters being there

I mean that's what I would do with Ryan and Julio getting paid as much as they are...go get them help.

He fits their scheme very nicely though.

I think Lance is too much of a project.

no he's not lol. Kid runs a pro offense, calls his own protections and audibles as a red shirt freshmen lol.

I suggest you star doing some homework on him if you're gonna throw out that narrative.

His sheer lack of experience and changing mechanics could support that narrative.

The offense had pro concepts, but was far from being a pro offense. I'd back him to do it in a year, but he may need 2.
Niners in attendance
this being televised by chance?
