Justin Fields QB - Ohio State

Yup. Part of the reason why the bust rate for QB's so damn high. All of these QB's can make all of the throws.....if they are well protected. In the NFL (and especially on the 49ers, the QB will not be well protected a lot of the time) I want to see these QB's make the throws consistency under all sorts of pressure.
No thanks. I've seen enough. Hopefully someone takes him before Wilson
💩

OSU winning despite Fields under center. Sermon and the defense look great today.

Fields trying his best to move into the 2nd round... where he should be anyway

That pass D is playing lights out. Missing their top WR and no one is getting open.

He just had 2 wide open on that 2-pt conversion and he couldn't convert. Love the intangibles and mobility. He just doesn't have the arm talent, IMO.

Yea armchair scouts should try watching the game and not box score stats. It wasnt his best showing , but facing a top 5 secondary without your number 1 wr might cause some problems
Hope he has a better game in the playoffs.

It's a double-edged sword. The box score and his team record is what put him in the Heisman race. He looks far better on paper than against any formidable defense.

Josh Allen was terrible against real competition, so it's not endgame for him, but similarly, there's a lot of work that needs to be done to compete in the NFL from the pocket. I don't see a top-10 player, nor do I see a guy that can start as a rookie.

I was never in love with this dude either. I actually like Wilson and Jones more than Fields. Long before this game.

Edit: and I say that without watching not one down this game

Still think Wilson is the best QB after Trevor. Jones is having a strong season and forcing people to take notice.

Fields reminds me of Haskins, Hurts and Prescott. They're mobile, nice poise, great intangibles, and know how to win, but you question whether their arm talent and ability to win from the pocket can be enough in the NFL.

EZ throws when no one's rushing... I still think he's a little overrated at this stage.. he needs another season..

Lol.. how can you say that based off a literally near perfect performance?

You really put Prescott in that group?
Well the possibility of Wilson going 2nd overall before Fields just grew.
