This. Kyle knew who he was drafting the moment they started talks with MIA. Fields is the #2 QB in this draft in terms of ability and accomplishments. If Ried can work with Mahomes, then there's no reason why Kyle can't work with Fields.

Alex Smith ended up being golden for Reid/Mahomes. Let's hope Fields has someone on the team to help him develop properly.

If we wanted ATL to trade for Fields, wouldn't we announce that we like Fields. How would us telegraphing that Fields will fall past 3 make someone trade up to 3?
