Even they know it's Mac.

Why do you want a player that needs everything perfect around him to be successful?

Why do you not want a player that can evaluate players around them & can cover up deficiencies in the roster when Injuries happen.

I don't think he does need everything perfect to be successful.

I believe he will elevate our guys like Deebo, Aiyuk and Kittle who can feed off his quick decision making and accuracy primarily in the short/intermediate range which is what I understand they were drafted to do. He'll get them the ball, then they go do what they do.

I believe this is what Kyle sees and wants in Mac. I might be wrong and he might draft someone else, but it's just how I see his thinking on this.

The problem I have with this whole he makes quick decisions theory is when you watch the game tapes he is never under pressure and is throwing to wide open wrs. Every time he actually had a pro type pressure he choked. Watch the game tapes not the highlight.

He does nothing different then Jimmy overall when it comes to quick reads and throwing accurate in the short to intermediate passes.

SO tell me what happens when he's first read isn't open? What happens if aaron Donald blows up our rando RG or we have a backup at center? What happens if he gets pushed off his platform and can't reset his feet to make a throw downfield? I'll tell you what the play is over...much like we've had in SF for the past 4 yrs.

it's no different then Jimmy...they can all be accurate and deliver the ball under structure. When s**t breaks down for one of 100 different reasons THATS when talent matters!

He will absolutely need things to be perfect to have success & when they are he will be good, but that's simply fantasy land talk...especially with a team that doesn't value PP and has the amount of injuries we do
keep it cool
Fields could underwhelm/perform and still be better than Jones lol

I can't believe we're just passing him by.

It's simply the truth...his first read is wide f**king open most of the time. He's got max protection calls all the damn time because his WRs are so much better than the DBs. His "quick reads" are RPOs and screens...getting the legit talent the ball in space.

You do NOT spend 3 1sts and a 3rd for a system QB...go get Mills in the second if that's all you want. Dude would have done the same s**t if he played in Bama.

I think fields ran over Lombardi's dog or some s**t...dude hates him

Like I've said before, if we don't take him at 3, I hope Chicago or Washington trades up just so he can kick our asses everyone once in awhile for not selecting him.

Yeah totally what I want, our team to lose to prove a point.

Good Morning Football is not a real football show. It's just an excuse to look at Kay Adams.

I remember last year how people said before the draft that the public was wrong on a lot of the mocks like they were more off than usual. Then when the draft came it went all according to plan. It's a dog and pony show to keep people interested. This year the 49ers are the main attraction to see if they go with the reach or go with the guy who all his life has been the guy right behind Lawrence in rankings yet has out played him in the elite 11 and then last year in the playoffs.

I hate when they cut away from her. They really do not understand why people watch their show
I'm in the calm before the storm. Feet are kicked back and just counting down the hours til Justin Fields is announced as the 49ers draft pick.
Can't wait to see where Fields ends up. My bet is with the Falcons.
