With Fields absolutely . It's a combo of all 3 of the above that are leading to the high sack #s

These. Are. Happy. Tears.

Ha. So you agree or is it because he's a mobile QB playing hero ball?

Nah I think Command is just finally realizing what we kept trying to tell him, rest of the league OL play is s**t and the 9ers aren't actually as bad as he thought.

Oh and rookie OL won't come in and change everything.

Fields throws touchdown.

He proved he can sling the ball with absolutely zero talent around him. Needs to clean up the sacks, admittedly he took two really bad sacks tonight, but outside of that he was really good. I'm excited for him to get some actual football players.

There is a lot of talent there.

In Justin Fields I mean.

Surrounded by little talent.

Fields is the talent.

Allen Robinson. Kmet is a second year guy who they spent ab early day 2 pick on while Mooney has actually been a good find in the 5th round.

It's not exactly zero talent around him. Nagy is a big part of the problem.

Cole Kmet is awful. A complete bust and the third best tight end on the team. He's soft, doesn't fight for the ball, and drops at least 1-2 balls every game. He's the anti-Kittle.

Allen Robinson is completely checked out. Still pissed about not getting a contract. There is a GIF of him running literally walking a route two weeks ago. And he didn't even play this week.

Mooney is a number 3 on most teams. He has good speed, but he's not a smart route runner, has poor body awareness, doesn't fight for the ball and drops the ball a lot. He's not awful, but he doesn't start for 90% of the NFL and shouldn't be anyones number one
Saw that Dante Pettis signed with the Bears and then saw the list of WR's they are giving this kid to work with. I wasn't a fan of drafting Fields cause I didn't like his penchant for holding onto the ball, but the Bears have done NOTHING to help this poor kid out and I feel bad for him. Don't know anything about their cap or anything like that but they seem like they are intent on ruining this kid before he really gets a chance to develop.

Yeah I don't know if this will happen or not hit it feels like the Bears new FO really isn't fully into fields. I'm worried what will happen is if the bears are bad because they didn't add talent to help him, they will just blame it on him for not being their guy and then replace him.

Honestly, probably the best-case scenario for him, that he ends up somewhere else early in his career. Chi seems like they just can't get it together.

Good, week one
Looking forward to the Lance vs Fields matchup. I live in Michigan so I might try to go to that game since it's the closest one this year.
