Agree and good point, but Jimmy wasn't exactly a proven commodity either. I think when the trade occurred, he had two NFL games to his name. Not much to go on, for a 2nd round pick if you ask me. Still, it's better than nothing like all these young rookie QB's who haven't played a game in the NFL yet.

I think Kyle has a *type* of QB he likes to run his system. I think he prefers a pocket QB like a Jimmy, or a Brady vs a more mobile QB like a RG3 or Mahomes. Somebody who has a quick release and is accurate in the mid range passing game. Any of these potential NFL draftees match that kind of profile?

..

I"m clueless when it comes to college players and the draft. Thats why I depend on you folks to help me out.

He means Mac Jones, and from your description you should get on his bandwagon.

If you want to reach higher check out Justin Fields & Zach Wilson who check those boxes as well, with loads more arm strength, just as much accuracy and 10 times the mobility.

Trey Lance probably isn't for you, has loads of development, but could end up the best of the lot.

Natastical's tape of Mac was impressive! Where do I get my ticket for the Mac Jones train?

Seriously, why post that if you don't intend to tell
My top QB prospects

1. Trevor Lawrence
2. Justin Fields
3. Zach Wilson
4. Trey Lance
5. Mac Jones
6. Davis Mills

7. Jamie Newman
8. Kyle Trask

9. Kellen Mond

I don't think anyone else is draftable

I think that might be mine as well, I may even have Mond over Trask once I've finished with him.

I'd have Mills coupled down with Newman though, rather than as a top 6.

I'm admittedly a lot higher on Mills than most due to nothing more than optimistic projection

Where would you have had Ridder in there?

In the Newman/Trask tier. I do think he has a chance to be QB5 next year behind Strong, Rattler, Howell, and Corral
