Now are Mond or Mills going to be Brees?

Great video. These guys wanted Mike Vick over Brady and Brees because Vick is athletic

Justin Fields will have a Vick type of career,

Mac Jones will have a Brees type of career

Fields is a wildcard, could end up like Elway or be a bust

LOL. It's painful to watch. Vick never won anything. Drew Brees won the Super Bowl. Tomlinson was also a great player. Hindsight is also 20/20.
So Lance is the smartest QB in the draft while Fields and Mac have photographic memories, if that's the case why the f**k is Lawrence and Wilson are locks at 1 and 2 then cause I haven't heard reports of that from them

No matter who the qb is, i'm glad we we can finally be at ease for a bit. I am tired of the going back in circles debate.

Because the only thing super intelligence is good for in quarterbacking is memorizing the play book and learning presnap reads. Once the ball is snapped, intelligence takes a distance back seat to vision, situational awareness, and mental reaction speed.

I bet not that many will go top 10.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sunshine drops to us.

1. Wilson
2. Fields
Most likely, over half these QBs will suck in the NFL. But less than half will suck on a team like the 49ers.

You just never know with QB's. They are the biggest crap shoot of them all. If they knew wouldn't Joe Montana be picked before the 3rd round? Tom Brady before the 6th round? They don't know. Not even the experts. Sometimes the #1 pick is right. John Elway or Peyton Manning. It works out too. But often it doesn't and even the experts don't know. You just never know which QB will process the mental aspect of the game when they get there. Lots of top picks have the physical attributes.
Let's all hope there's some giant game being played by both Saleh and Shanahan and it winds up being

1- Lawrence
2- Fields
3- Wilson

I honestly think Wilson, Fields, Lance can all be pretty good. I could not tell you who is the best of that in 3 years. But one of them probably will be pretty good. QB is such a big crap shoot. You never know who will process the mental aspect of the game best. I doubt it is Mac Jones. But I guess I see the pocket presence. I just don't see enough physical skill set there to be #3 overall.

There are a lot of folks who feel Fields has hands down the most upside of any QB this year. Now consider Mahomes and Josh Allen hype and Fields is a very solid option at picks 1 or 2. Especially for NYJ, a team that has a lot of holes on offense and could use the help of a more dynamic QB.

It would honestly be the ruse of the century if they pulled off something like that. If the pick winds up being Fields or Wilson, WOW, would that impress me in terms of us totally OWNING the media who tried their best to get the answer out of us.
Pros to Mac Jones:
-Best at throwing accurately under pressure
-Best at knowing where to go with the ball based on pre-snap reads
-One of the fastest releases in this class
-Most pro ready in terms of mechanics
-Plenty of room/potential to grow physically in terms of building muscle, particularly in the core.
-Played against tough competition in the SEC.

Cons to Mac Jones:
-Lowest velocity of all top 5 QBs
-Best supporting cast among all top 5 QBs make it difficult to say to what extent he elevated their play
-Least athletic among the top 5 QBs
-Worst body composition among the top 5 QBs
-Arguably the lowest ceiling among all QBs
-Did not showcase a ton of ability outside the pocket, throwing off platform, and/or at a variety of arm angles.

Macs limitations are all physical. If he could run around and throw with velocity, he'd probably be in the conversation for first pick in the draft. If you pick him top 3, the only way you do that is if you believe those physical limitations will be able to be erased when he enters the NFL. To me, there's still a max extent that he can improve physically, and I don't know if he can do enough to give us better than Jimmy G. He's kind of like a rich man's Nick Mullens, or a Peyton Manning without the size or arm strength. Knows where to go with the ball, but hard to see him being a playmaker in the NFL.

People say Mac Jones is Jimmy G, Dalton, Pennington, or Cousins. I have another comparison: Jake Delhomme. Much like Jimmy (but Jimmy is better than Jake was), he made a Super Bowl with a top notch supporting cast -- and lost. I see Mac as capable of helping the team, but not carrying them.

I know everyone here loves Zach "I look like a lesbian goalkeeper" Wilson, but I have serious reservations about him as well despite him being highly thought of in the draft community.

I realize that's blasphemous to say.
