There is still a mathematicial path to a top 10 pick. The Niners need the following to happen after a loss to Seattle:
Patriots beat the Jets (likely)
Vikings beat the Lions without Stafford (likely)
Cowboys beat the Giants (toss up)
WFT beat the Eagles (toss up)
Broncos beat the Raiders (unlikely)
Charger beat the chiefs unlikely unless staters are rested)
With that said they probably will beat Seattle.
It could be worse. One team in the AFC will have 10 wins and miss the playoffs and end up with the 18th pick.

I think those are all possible scenarios - fascinated how it'll all play out.

Looks like we'll be picking #15 after tonight's BUF/NE game.

This. All of those could easily happen there

One interesting scenario I see is between DAL and WAS.
They are both 6-9. One will win the div and pick 20ish (depending how far they go) the other possibly Top 10
Lol

Chiefs will rest their starters at least for half of the game if not more so the chargers will probably win
The niners are without Trent Williams and Aiyuk so that's a loss bc the Seahawks have to keep pace with GB and the Saints
I'm thinking pick 11

Need Washington to win, they're in more desperate need of a QB. Reid already said he's resting his starters, so there's hope in KC as well.

Since the Broncos probably won't beat the Raiders I think we will get 11th versus 10th pick.
Go
Dallas
Minn
New England
Wash
Chargers
Broncos
That's the least these teams could do for us after we would've easily been the number one seed in the NFC without a historically record-setting amount of injuries to good players not just starters.

The Chargers almost beat the Chiefs earlier this season too. For some reason, they always seem to play hard against the chiefs.

It isn't just KC - they play all the good teams tough.

I say we end up gaining 3 of the 5-6 possible spots and get the 12th overall pick. Seems like a good spot

Sounds about right, I just hope 4 spots to 11 is what happens bc the 11th pick is good luck (Willis)
Also, The Broncos and Washington are probably losses imo but if they both win we are picking 9th
